Let yourself be seduced and enjoy an authentic Pachamanca in here. Personally, I'm a soup lover and their Patasca is a festival of flavors that suits my needs perfectly. If you want to avoid queuing up or waiting for a table pay them a visit during the weekdays.
Their drinks chicha morada and chicha de jora go well with the meal, be sure to give them a try!

Ricardo took my taste buds to another culinary universe that I didn't even know existed. He's also an extremely cool person, and showed us around his kitchen. Pachamanca beats ceviche by a long shot.

We stopped here just after they closed. That's right we didn't check the hours. The owner Ricardo found us roaming around the parking lot and not only invited us in but proceeded to make us an amazing dinner. He also makes a home brew called kiss of the inca which is not only tasty but potent. Ricardo and his family are amazing hosts make sure you try the trout and the Cuy.

Muy buena experiencia la comida muy buena , el señor Ricardo muy amable y cordial con los clientes accedía a tomarse fotos y contarle un poco de la historia de la comida, precios accesibles y comida deliciosa recomendado, algo que resaltar la Canchita venía con carne :)

Muy buen lugar y ubicación con fácil acceso, por la Avenida La Paz. Un lugar que te hace sentir como estar en provincia, la carta contiene variedad de platillos representativa de nuestra gastronomía. 100% recomendable

Todo muy delicioso, pero el plato que se robo nuestro corazón fue el cuy ♥ crocante y la carne suave, además la chica de jora muy deliciosa. Recomendado!

Everything was tasty and well prepared. Portions were very large and can easily be shared. Ricardo was wonderful to talk to and explained some of the items I was less familiar with.

Todo estaba muy rico y salí lleno. Las raciones eran grandes y el servicio fue estupendo. Ricardo fue muy amable.
