I do not speak Spanish but in this case the front desk girl is even MORE helpful, with everything (using google translate) including directions, tour booking, food ordering, etc. She definitely went above and beyond to take care of the guest. Once I turned the light off for an afternoon nap, the music outside was turned down. Also they run a restaurant, food is delicious and reasonably priced - you can have a private seat inside the lounge.

Great hostel!!! The family is fantastic, welcoming, sweet and accommodating for our early breakfasts and meals on the go (deliciously home cooked by the mom and packed in a nice tupperware). Showers are HOT and there’s great water pressure. Rooms are sparkly clean. Food is great. What else can you ask for after your daily hikes? Miguel has good advice and tips on what to do around the area in case you haven’t done your homework :) We loved our stay and would repeat in a heartbeat! Thanks for everything!

We stayed here twice, the second time because everyone here is so kind and accommodating! Miguel and everyone else were ready to help us at every hour we needed. The showers were amazing and the food prepared here is the best i have enjoyed in Caraz. I recommend this place to anyone staying in Caraz. You will appreciate staying here!

Not sure why Google calls this a love hotel...it's just a normal hotel! Miguel and the family there were so nice and accommodating, it feels almost like staying in an Airbnb. Thanks Miguel!!! Oh, and have him make you breakfast sometime, it's delicious

Nice, clean room and very friendly family running the hotel and restaurant. The Wifi was fast and reliable, the shower hot and powerful. Also the food from the restaurant was tasty and hygienic. Great budget option!

Hot showers. Comfy beds. Pleasant hosts. Around the corner from the place to pick up the colectivos to Paran Lake

Pretty much perfect. Clean, comfortable, modern, good wifi, hot shower, great price, and run by a lovely family.

Cheap, clean and comfortable place that is even affordable for solo traveler. They provide good food as well.

Nous avons passé un super sejour à l'hotel Business Rosh! Toute la famille nous a accueilli à merveille ! Le restaurant de l'hotel nous a littéralement comblé ! La nourriture qui y est servie est fraîche, de qualité, diverse et vraiment peu chère ! Chaque jour le restaurant Nous propose une sélection de plats de la gastronomie péruvienne... Un veritable régal ! La chambre quand a elle était spacieuse et confortable ! Bref si nous avions ça aurait été avec plaisir que nous serions restés dans ce charmant hôtel de Carraz ! Un excelente servicio. El trato muy amable para con el hospedado. Facilitan utensilios de cocina y demás, aunque no se consuma adentro. Disponibles en todo momento del día para atender. El mejor!

La chambre est propre et il ne fait pas froid, le gérant est adorable et sa cuisine très bonne!

Le doy 5 estrellas por la amabilidad del personal que administra el hotel, el aseo es su frase y muy económico.

Nice and clean. Wi-Fi is good. Very Hot water and internal window. Small room. Good for backpackers only 50/s for night. Laundry service 8/s for Kg. The staff is family and they are very nice and helpful.

Einfache, aber saubere Unterkunft. Sehr hilfsbereit. Kostenfrei Storage für Gepäck, das nicht beim Bergsteigen gebraucht wird. Günstig. Gutes Frühstück (Empfehlung: Peruanisches Frühstück!) Hotel mit Innenhof (Platz zum Matrial sortieren vor oder nach dem Bergsteigen im Santa Cruz Tal).
