Food, staff and atmosphere are all amazing. Learn the history of the building before you go in and it makes it even more amazing. I believe this is a must-try place when visiting Lima.

Nice place for meat eaters! we tried the Peruvian blood sausage, beef hearts and chicken gizzards… it made me miss Taiwanese night market so much! The service was great, friendly introduced the dishes with us. The restaurant was pretty and gorgeous from the traditional house in the city centre, good to expend the time here with friends and family.

Stopped by with my family for Lunch. Great service, and the meal was fantastic. Highly recommend.

Cheap, tasty, chain of chicken restaurants. This particular one was a very beautiful antique building. Everything was very clean. We had half a chicken with chips and salad on the side, and then another side of mollejas. We drank beer and fresh lemonade and finished with a sweet desert. All of that for just US$23 (including a 10% tip). The chicken was grilled, and tasted very juicy and Smokey. It comes with several sauces as well. So totally worth the stop!

The best "pollo a la brasa" ever!! We went there after touring Lima downtown and were delighted with the food, the prices, and the place. I highly recommend if you're in the area.

In 2019 I visited here for the first time and it was amazing, fantastic food and staff. I'm finally back in Peru and I came to see how and if anything had changed since the pandemic, we sat at the very same table we had years before and the food was as outstanding as we remember. The salad was a touch smaller but still as fresh as I recall, the chips were fluffy and light with the perfect crisp coating and the chicken mouthwatering with every bite. We had a beautiful meal sharing great memories, the joy of watching and feeding the birds as they fly around is something we would recommend to anyone looking for a great meal and atmosphere.

Very satisfied with "pollo a la leña". The flavor was super tasty and crunchy chicken. Place is very big inside of an old building.

Incredible ambience and food! Visiting from Canada, and would 100% recommend. The portions are big, the flavors are great and the prices are very very reasonable.

The semi-open roof top style offers a great escape from the heat.

Excellent restaurant. Not only, the food and the service are the best but also the place, which belonged to a Pancho Fierro - a famous artist from the colonial times - It is worth visiting this restaurant. It is located on the first block of Jiron Ica, not far from Jiron de la Unión.

The chicken is simply : mouthwatering! And if you want some drinks I recommend you the "maracuyá" It has the exact amount of sugar. Delicious both the chicken and the juice. The waiters are pretty kind. Highly recommended.
