Beautiful and peaceful landscape. Everyone is very friendly and the host (Erick) was extremely helpful and welcoming. He went out of his way to help me on multiple occasions. If I go back to Peru, I will definitely be returning to visit.

I had a perfect stay, the place is beautiful and the people that work there, were very kind. Many thanks to Eric and his team, they were very helpful. The food and views are stunning. Highly recommend it.

We stayed here for a week while doing a Workaway. Apu ecolodge is a really nice place, with beautiful views and a lovely family that works at this place.
The owner is friendly and let us borrow his bikes and tent to go to Laguna Páron (definitely a must see).
Mainly worked together with the family, even though we didn’t speak each other’s language, we had a really good time.

Best place to stay if you want to do Paron Lake or Laguna 69. Beautiful garden with chill zones, outdoor gril and pizza oven, climbing wall. Apartments are clean, with all you need. Fair price!

Amazing stay at Apu thanks Erik! Great rooms and staff and close to the best motocyling in Peru! Erik gave us some amazing suggestions of incredible roads for motorcyling, will be staying for sure when I return! Couldnt say enough good things!

It is a perfect place if you want to spend some time in the area of Caraz.

The owner is a super host, he can help you organize tours and even provide you a private tour with his own car.

The breakfast is delicious.

they also have their own gardens with vegetables and berries. Also a green zone where you can play or just relax in hammocks or chair. Also they use solar panels which is a great solution.

The owner also brews his own craft beer, APU beer. which is sooo good. Definitely should try.

The rooms are cozy with TV, hot water....

To stay at the Apu EcoLodge was great, and we're so grateful that we could stay there during difficult days in the Corona-Crisis. Everyone was so helpful and supporting. Apu EcoLodge is a perfect location for relaxing and enjoy the close nature nearby, as well the nice mountains. It's also interesting to see the berry plantation. Thanks!

Really nice place with great views over the snow capped mountains. Little bungalows are clean and well kepts. Nice grass areas and bbq place. Staff is great and helpful. Perfect place for a basecamp venturing into the mountains.

We spent 6 very enjoyable nights at the Apu Ecolodge in a charming bungalow surrounded by natural beauty. The owner, Erick was very accommodating and helped us to plan some unique outdoor experiences during our stay. From kayaking in Laguna Paron to mountain biking in the Cordillera Blanca, Caraz offers a bit of everything for outdoors enthusiasts and the Apu Ecolodge is the perfect place from which to launch any adventure. We’re looking forward to making it back some day.

Little paradise in between the static! I love this place, owner is friendly and relaxed. Very clean, comfortable beds and a taxi to any place is only 1 soles! Would stay here again

...muy buena experiencia y buena atención. Fui con grupo de amigos y la pasamos bien. Lugar amplio, agradable, ecológico y habitaciones/Bungalow muy aceptables. Rica comida y pizzas. Tiene estacionamiento y es petfriendly. Se puede hacer fogata y parrilla previa coordinación y se cuenta con un pequeño bar para la tarde/noche.

Excelente lugar , la paz que se siente es inigualable, y te hacen sentir como en casa. Erick y todo el personal que lo apoyan son unos cracks , siempre atentos y disponibles para hacer de tu estancia una excelente experiencia. No dejes de probar la cerveza que producen , es 10 de 10..Volveré para fiestas patrias.

El hermoso ambiente campestre que envuelve las instalaciones del hotel,sus agradables habitaciones y el buen servicio del personal en general, solo es superado par la amabilidad y la atención personalizada de su dueño erick . Justo lo que necesitaba para disfrutar de este pedazo de cielo llamado caraz .

Un lindo lugar para hospedarse y descansar; fui con unos amigos de la universidad y la pasamos muy bien, hasta cosechamos los productos de la chacra. Las casas habitación amigables, llevas tus cosas y te preparas a tu gusto. De allí con los tours recomendados recorrimos las lagunas. Un lindo recuerdo y ecoamigable. Se los recomiendo.
