Inca Travel Peru

We did the Colca canyon 2 day trek and had an excellent experience. We enquired at a few agencies and Inca travel had the lowest price. Everything was well organised and as described!

We had a good experience from this agency at Salina and Colca canon tours in Arequipa.
Besides, we also booked the other city tour from this agency, however they had bad control and realization.

First, what they said in Puno tour and what we experienced are just totally different. We are really disappointed about this. We also reflected two or three times about this problem. But they may think we are the tourist and would visit here once. So they still don't give us the response.

By the way, the content of sacred valley tour they mentioned is quite different from what we heard on site in Cusco. It caused us not well organised our tour, and it's really horrible.
We only could say that they have bad control if the tour is not in Arequipa.
But we still need to say that their tours of Salina and Colca are good.

We booked six tours with them, 2 in Arequipa (salinas lake, colca canyon), 1 in Puno (titikaka lake), and 3 in Cusco (rainbow mountain, secret valley, and humantay lake). They are all good except the one in Puno, first, they transferred us to other local tour agency without notice, which we found it has bad reputation on google, and their tour was really bad. Second, they promised us we will visit Uros island and Taquile island, but in fact we don’t visit both of them. After the Puno tour, we sent our feedbacks and questions to them, and we waited for around 10 days (9/8-9/18), they didn’t give us reply as promised. Now we are in Bolivia, and we still get nothing from them. The whole Puno tour was really a bad experience.

No se cumplieron las expectativas que nos nos dieron en ningún sentido: nos dijeron que el clima era igual que en Arequipa que no era necesario llevar chaquetas muy abrigadoras, llegamos y el viento y frío que hizo fue insoportable al ser 1.000 metros más alto, aparte de incomodidad porque en una camioneta de 7 personas metieron 9 personas para un viaje de más de 2 horas, también nos habían dicho que era un viaje de solo 2 horas pero tampoco fue así.
Nos prometieron que veríamos el espejo (reflejo del cielo en el salar) pero tampoco se cumplió.
Aparte de esto nos sentimos estafadas pues nos cobraron 30 soles más de lo que era en realidad, otras personas nos mostraron recibos del cobro de 35 soles por persona, a nosotras nos cobraron 70 por cada una.

Para nada recomendado porque nos dijeron una cosa y terminó siendo algo completamente diferente.
