Jardin Vivero Las Cattleyas

What a lovely place!
It's a nice stop to see beautiful plants and floors from Perú and the surroundings of Tarapoto.
The place sells plants but also offers a tour for 5 soles. The property is not huge as it's within the city in the backyard of the building, but the person who works there love the place and knows so much about nature that the little walk took us 40 minutes of total amazement!

But it's worse stopping by to wonder how orchids for instance, can grow with the roots in the air!

I shared so many pictures it will give you and excellent look of what can be seen there. Although August is not the best season to see a maximum of flowers.

They also have a small collection of fossils from the period the sea was on top of the place. Did not expect that.
