Amazing place to stay! Very beautiful house and my room. The staff made me feel like home. They accommodated my early check-in. The breakfast is amazing. Really quiet and calm neighborhood, only the river was heard throughout the night. Green garden made me feel relaxed.

Amazing hotel. It’s clean and well decorated. Situated at a quite and tranquil neighborhood, this place is a true gem. The owner Daniel is super nice and helpful. Breakfast is provided with fresh fruits and bread purchased daily. All around a great experience. Highly recommend!

We are here on a 30 day stay. 2 adults and 2 girls 12 and 17 y old. Calm and safe neighbourhood. The only sound during nighttime is from the river close by and that is just relaxing. Staff is kind, helpfull, friendly and speek some english if needed. They go out of their way to make you feel good. We have felt welcome from the first moment we arrived. Excellent breakfast with freshly pressed juice of different kinds. Rooms are clean and its hot water for showers. Hotell has a cozy roofterrace and a little garden. 15 mins walk to the city center but taxis are right outside all the time if your lazy. 5 soles or around $1.25 gets you there. Would definatly stay here again.

Es mi lugar preferido una vista espectacular a los volcanes y el río chili, ambiente acogedor, tranquilo, limpio. Riquisimo desayuno. Te hacen sentir super bien. Lo recomiendo 😁😊

Una amiga me recomendó la casa de Tin Tin, desde entonces cada vez que voy Arequipa me alojo ahí, el personal es super amable, me siento como en casa, el desayuno muy bueno con el pan tradicional de Arequipa, tres puntas, jugo, huevos y otros, siempre tendrás un thermo en el comedor para que te sirvas tu mate de coca o una fruta durante el día, te tratan muy amigablemente, los cuartos amplio y muy limpios y el paisaje precioso, si me pregunta que hotel te recomiendo en Arequipa, no dudadaria en decirte "la casa de Tin Tin" en Vallecito, debajo del puente de fierro
