Beaches Autos Coronado

We rented a vehicle from Beaches Auto for three months this past winter. We had a couple of minor mechanical issues that were handled quickly and professionally. The owner, Craig McLeod, was great to deal with and provides excellent service.

Excelente servicio al cliente yo Navas recido en Arraijan y me fueron a buscar en la parada de Coronado hasta la empresa. Muy buen precio. Recomiendo que llamen y pregunten por Oscar y Craig quien es el dueño.

Acabamos de alquilar un Hyundai H1, muy cómodo por cierto. Dentro de su valor agregado, pudimos observar un auto conservado, limpio, con un sistema de aire acondicionado excelente.

We booked an SUV for one month through Craig before leaving Canada and paid a deposit. We arrived in Coronado to the lot being closed and were unable to reach anybody for an explanation. Fortunately the helpful cab driver took us to our AirBNB and our hostess drove us up Reys to get dinner and groceries for the morning.
After numerous attempts at contacting him on our part, Craig finally let us know later the next morning that the car had been in an accident and he was trying to find a work around.
Our hostess lent us her car for the day and tried to help us find another vehicle. Craig let us know on the third day that he had no options for us. We finally took a cab ($120) back to Albrook Airport to rent a car from Dollar. When it came time to return the car, none of our cards would work in their card reader and we had to take out cash to pay, incurring yet more charges.
It took three weeks and repeated contacts to get our deposit back from Craig, making for an unpleasant experience that marred an otherwise wonderful holiday in a great place.

Don't trust Craig!. He is a totally dishonest person.
