I love this salon! I am treated like a Queen. (My rating is based on the nail portion of this business as that is the only service I have used). As an expat, my Spanish is limited, but if you at least attempt to communicate with the technicians in Spanish, you will find that they are very friendly and extremely appreciative of your efforts. They also have a marvelous sense of humor and you will leave with a smile and beautiful nails!

I have been going to Jahazel to get eyelash extensions for awhile off and on for vacations. This time I had her do them longer and thicker and just LOVE them!!! I am legally blind and have a hard time doing mascara so this makes my life so much easier!! Thank you!!!

I didn't have a cita but they took me immediately since all 3 pedicure stations were unoccupied. The yound man at the front guest was helpful and spoke some English, but used google translate when necessary.
I don't believe pumice was used in their small electric machine. And it was not long enough. There was little message if any of the feet. The polish was applied too thick. The parafin treatment was a disaster. The young woman (Lilianne) who serviced me was sweet and may have been new. But then I blame the young man who sat me there. I will try Wanda next time.

Facial was done in a very cold environment. Extraction was done in a room of 17 degrees Celsius causing the pores to close and being extremely painful. The facial was substandard and i don't know if this person has any qualifications to perform such a service. My brows has been waxed extremely thin and wax residue was left on my face. They refuse to refund me or address any of the issues.
