Such amazing place to do trekking! Paths are properly signed. I encourage you to go early so you will see animals such as monkeys or birds. Bring you bottle of water, sunscreen and enjoy it! =)

We took an uber from the city to do a little hiking. It was tough to get info, since I think most users use tours. We hiked about 4 km out and back. It took about 3 hours since we kept stopping to look at things and take pictures.

What we found out when we go there: There is no cost. At about 8 km, the trail comes to a T. You need to have a guide to go past this. There is a tower to see the levels of the rainforest, but you need a reservation to access it. On the way back when we had about 0.5 km left, we got cell service back and we could contact uber again. In early April, there were no mosquitoes. The trail is mostly shaded.

We didn't see a lot of animals, but we did see an anteater climbing a tree.

Such a nice hike! We did not see any birds nor monkeys, but we heard them throughout the hike.

Loved it! One bridge is out, and I hauled a few pieces of litter with me on the way out. We saw a few snakes, and something like a crayfish. Great picnic spot.

I went there with a tour, to see3 species of monkeys and also visit a village of an indigenous community. The Cappucin monkeys in the national park area did not have fear of human and would jump on our boat to get peanuts and fruits. The highlight of the visit was meeting the indigenous community village and learn about their livelihood.

Yuris is a fabulous young woman. She took the colibrí close up with my phone and her binocs. She will guide you, if you want. A beautiful place to walk. The distance to each place is short.

This is a fantastic place learn how every plant is used for a different colour and how the native tribes still exist with nature.

I loved this hiking. I couldn't finish it cause it's about 4 hours round trip but beautiful, you disconnect from the world and just hear birds , crickets and monkeys etc.

This park has beautiful views, animals ex monkeys where I could see at least ten little monkeys playing, jumping and sleeping. Additionally I must admit it's very, very clean.
Well. you should bring enough water and fruits, comfortable shoes.

If you like Planet Earth or NatGeo, you'll probably enjoy this park. I'd recommend going really early in the morning when everything is still active. We saw a variety of monkeys, birds, amphibians, and insects. Bring binoculars, climb up the tower and get a view of the canopy and all the birds flying around.
