Comfy, bright rooms, great breakfast and… OMG the VIEW! This was a great value, I could sit and watch the epic clouds move across the mountains all day.

My boyfriend and I loved our stay at this boutique hotel! The views from the patio are absolutely outstanding and the vibes are around are amazing. The staff is great (thank you so much Nathan for all of your help and recommendations of things to do in the Santa Fe area!). The food is absolutely delicious here too-we loved all of our meals. If you are looking for a relaxing, great holiday, come to Hotel Anachoreo! If you will not be disappointed

A really amazing restaurant, perfect for a nice dinner out. The view of the mountains is beautiful, and they have a gorgeous garden you can walk through. The Cambodian food is delicious, we ended up trying most of the menu items during our few days in Santa Fe and there isn’t a single one I wouldn’t recommend.

Hotel Anachoreo is one of those places you want to come back to again. I stayed there for four nights with my husband and two small children and we enjoyed the large, comfortable rooms. My kids loved swimming in the big, hot bathtub after muddy hikes. The gardens are lovely to explore and the views are enough to make you forget your troubles. The restaurant provided satisfying comfort food with a nice range of options for vegetarians - recommend highly the pumpkin soup and brownie dessert. As for hospitality, Karen went out of her way to answer all of my questions before and during our stay and her daughter was a great play pal for my daughter. The Kings are a really kind and well traveled family that want to ensure you have a wonderful stay and time in Santa Fe.

I had dinner here last night with my two traveling companions and apart from the fact that the chef tones down the chili heat for a western palate, the food was simply excellent. I have been to Cambodia and the food is on par with the best in the country. We had the fish amok, seasoned vegetables, and chicken with lemongrass and not a scrap was left when we were done. Prices are what you would pay in London but you won’t be disappointed either. There’s an indoor dining room but the patio outside with fine views of the Santa Fe hills at dusk perfectly complemented the fine meal. Service was slow but the setting and the food when it was served made it absolutely worth the wait. It’s popular so make a reservation.

The hotel grounds have spectacular view of the valley and mountains below. The gardens add to the beauty. The FOOD is fantastic.

The proprietors are friendly, helpful - a delight.

I'll be back more than once in the years to come.

Everything about this place is fabulous!! The view is stunning ...the gardens amazing ...the food is prepared with love....the presentation beautifully done. Karen and her daughter Sienna make you feel most welcome. We can’t wait to go back!

Amazing views. Really nice owner and very helpful all around, including booking a last minute horseback ride for me. The rooms are large and comfortable. I had a great time staying there. It’s a hidden gem and I highly recommend.

Hotel Anachoreo is a lovely boutique hotel that is nestled in a incredibly scenic location in Santa Fe. My wife and I stayed for two nights on 24 and 25 March 2023 and we thoroughly enjoyed being at this hotel. The owner and the staff are excellent, they are very customer focused! When we arrived they brought freshly made tea with honey to our room( tea leaves from their garden) and they bend over backwards to help in any way. The food is so delicious. We had a filet of tuna and side of rice and vegetables and the tuna was perfectly prepared. The next night we ordered meatballs on a salad, and the seasoning of the meatballs was incredible. Of course there were other selections on the menu and all are so savory.Every morning we had a tasty breakfast of crepes, eggs, fresh fruit and an assortment of fruit juices and coffee. The hotel offers tours to the National Park ( so many breathtaking scenic views) or to other parts of Santa fe, transportation to hiking trails, yoga and massages. However, if you just want to decompress and simply do nothing, this is your place! It is so peaceful, and the view from the hotel is so calming. My wife and I highly recommend this hotel if you plan on visiting the National Park in Santa Fe!

We had the pleasure of staying three nights in April 2018. The views are wonderful, the food is great Cambodian, and the area if well worth a visit. We really enjoyed, and I expect we will be back.

Besides having the nicest rooms in Santa Fe , other hotels with no restaurants send their guests to eat the fine food cooked fresh daily at Anachoreo. I highly recommend dining with the charming owners.

What a gem, what an Asian delight right in the heart of Panamá! The two Cambodian Sisters run a tranquil little hotel with a stunning view and a remarkably relaxed type of hospitality. And the Khmer food is literally from another world!! Girrrl power !!

Lovely mountain side getaway on the outskirts of Santa Fe. The Cambodian hosts are lovely and the food they serve brings back memories from their homeland.

The views are nice from the hotel and it is a peaceful retreat for some days. Unfortunately not open all year around as business volumes drop in the low season of Panama.

Rooms are nothing spectacular but functional.

Great rooms and staff. Food is great. Service in the restaurant is quite slow, but not a problem if you are expecting it.
