Excellent dinner tonight. Homemade. Everything was perfect. Definitely need a reservation and mosquito repellent, luckily the owner had some as the mosquitos loved me.

Excellent food , excellent service at an excellent price. A word of warning though ....beawere of the mosquitos see you as an excellent meal too 😁

Truly fantastic. Franco, the owner, works his tail off to provide you good service. His wife is the chef and the food is outstanding. Went two nights in a row so we could try different things. The only reason it wasn't three nights in a row is because they were closed on the third night. Can't recommend a restaurant any more highly.

We have part time residence here so we go to the local places often.
I grew up on homemade Italian food and this place does not disappoint.
But one issue if the place is busy expect to wait
The owner tries to service ( host, bartender,server, bus ) 10+ tables
First two time we came on a Monday night
Relatively slow night for restaurants and it was ok.
But a busy night forget about it.
Hope your patient food is good.

An evening of nostalgic food and entertainment. I had the Whole Fried Sea Bass and my wife had the Truffle Risotto. And we savored our food to the fabulous performance of Kevin Leo!

Excellent food with a decent variety of local brews on tap. REAL cheesecake. Cost isn't bad for a tourist area.

Franco has the most unique, flavorful menu in the area. Like anywhere with such amazing food cooked to order, you will wait a while for your food but it is worth the wait and one of my favorite spots. Grab a bottle of wine and strike up some good convo with your dinner guests. I would even go here alone if I didn't have one and talk to myself the food is so good.

This is a great quaint place so make sure you make a reservation. I've heard that there are just 3 employees and 2 are the owners. Either way the food and service is great. A great place for a date night for sure. Would recommend and will be back.

Cozy restaurant. Best meal I had in Coronado. Franco did such a great job serving. And he is the only server! Had the tuna steak. Amazing!

Like being in Italy! This restaurant is one of the very best in the Coronado area. Fresh ingredients prepared with love and care. Franco and his wife deliver nothing but the best. The menu appears on a chalk board that Franco will display for you on arrival. Please note this is a small restaurant with about 10 tables so make reservations and be patient. You will not be disappointed!

Always excellent and with an adult ambience. Tonight I enjoyed a superb balalao vizcaino!

You can tell how much hard work the owner has put into it. Every plant is well taken cared of. Every little detail tells stories. Everything we ordered tasted perfect. Thank you for putting up so much love in this store. Place is beautiful, and the hard work you put into it is gorgeous. Pray for you guys. ❤

Cafe Med is very very good Italiano food restaurant! You don’t have to leave Coronado to get great food, the Osso Bucco is as good as I’ve had anywhere. Franco does a great job keeping the food moving that his wife the chef prepares. If your looking for a great meal, lovely ambiance this is the place to go! Reservations are definitely recommended and they close Tuesdays. Give them a try you will enjoy the best Italian food in Coronado.

One of the best Italian restaurants in Coronado! Our meal was fabulous, the house Malbec was excellent and the owner was extremely gracious. Annamarie from B&B El Litoral where we stayed said it was her favorite place to eat and we see why!

Its the best restaurant in the Coronado, Panama area.
Consistently good food and service.
Lots of good pasta, fish, and deserts.
We had onion soup, smoke salmon and arugala salad, mushroom risoto and grilled grouper with lemon and rosemary, not oversauced like many restaurants do, served with spinach and carrots. All was well cooked and served in a timely fashion. Not rushed or slow.
This is a place to dine, not just eat, a rarity here.
