Really amazing spot for beginners and advanced Kiters! Reliable 5 out of 5 days wind during mid February (14-28 knts). Spot has a flat water lagoon that is tide dependent. The Panama Kite Center is really well equipped and staff is super friendly, would always come back anytime!

Amazing spot for kitesurfing, outstanding food and great staff in their Sole Beachclub! I have been kitesurfing here 2 weeks in March, really good conditions and feels kind of unspoiled by mass tourism. Will come back.

Florian (and Jessie) have done so much to enhance my stay here in Punta Chame - Everything from bike rental (including flat tire repair) to kite repair to kite replacement, all at very reasonable prices and always very friendly and accommodating. Thanks Florian!

Panama Kite Center is the best! We had never kite surfed before and we were so lucky to learn in beautiful Punta Chame with incredible instructors. Florian runs a well-equipped center with amazing views of the ocean and great staff. There’s also an amazing beach club that serves food and drinks. By the end of our time there, we were already more comfortable controlling our kites and could get up on our boards for short bursts. We loved our time at PKC and Punta Chame and hope to come back again in the future.

It was a amazing time at the Panama Kite Center! Great spot for beginners and advancers. The whole team has a good cohesion & takes excellent care of the guests. Other interesting activities like Tow foiling are possible, too.

This place is magical. I was brand new to Kitesurfing and I felt so welcomed by the instructors, fellow kite surfers and Florian. The extensive vegan options and fast wifi made it the perfect spot for me to enjoy the adventure while working remotely.

I stayed for about a week so I was able to experience other activities they offered such as the Cajones de Chame & Cerro Chame. It wasn’t just a kitesurfing school, it was a true adventure hub. 100% recommended

April 2019: BEST place to kite surf in Punta Chame! Lots of room to pump up kites and let them sit while taking a break. Food and beer were excellent and Florian was very helpful with area information. We were new to kiting in Panama but he made sure we were informed on tides and when to expect the wind. We traveled with 2 kids (age 8 & 9)...super kid friendly! The kids drank smoothies and played on the beach while we kited. The wind was consistent and the views were breathtaking. Great spot!!!!

Beautiful kite spot with amazing hosts and instructors. Spent a week here and loved the relaxed atmosphere, people, food and lagoon. Super professional and friendly team and made a lot of progress on the board - overall highly recommend and will be back!

Plenty of kites for rental for all wind ranges. Instructors are the best!! They are not the typical push and ride. They will explain everything even going to the technical levels so you can grow to be a self sufficient kite boarder.

Just returned from 10 weeks in Panama. I traveled from Panama City out to the Kite Center once a week by bus to learn how to kitesurf. Panama Kite Center did a great job getting me going and I loved my instructor, Jesus. The whole staff helped take care of me -- so much so that I decided to buy my setup here and was offered competitive pricing. I also stayed in the condos one night and was able to telework with their strong WiFi.

The area is beautiful, the food good and best people. Excited to come back!

My girlfriend and I spent a night in the glamping and it was a great outdoor experience. Super comfortable and spacious!

Florian and Vanessa were excellent hosts, they were friendly and extremely welcoming. They made sure our accommodation, food and all of our needs were covered.

The place was very nice. It has a waterfront facility where you can enjoy a cold one and chill in a hammock, listen to music and eat good food. The center has Wi-Fi everywhere which is really cool.

The place is just an hour and a half drive from Panama City and very accessible in any vehicle.

Awesome kite school!
The spot: Punta Chame, a gorgeous expanse of sand with breathtaking sunsets behind the hills, just an hour and a half from Panama City. The water is shallow for ages at low tide, so great for learning. I was there in January, and the wind was great. We stayed in an AirBNB in the condominium where the school is located, which was really nice, and obviously extremely convenient.
The school: A friendly, personalised kite school, who take great care to individualise your kiting progression. I arrived fairly hopeless struggling to get up on the board, and left 4 days later going upwind confidently. I absolutely loved it. The equipment is was good, Cabrinha etc, and well maintained. Safety was always first, and I felt well looked after. My instructor Hermes from Venezuela was brilliant - patient, enthusiastic, hard working, and took great care to ensure I understood what I was doing (or not doing!) all the time. Florian one of the owners was also great - really friendly, helpful, and full of advice. The price was good, and there was some nice discounts for lots of hours.
Summary: Awesome, friendly place. I would love to come back!

I had never been to PKC and passed by a couple of weeks ago because i was told the sunsets there were amazing, and I LOVED IT! It's a very good spot, with enough shade in case you need to step out of the sun for a bit. I'm really looking forward to going back and staying there for a weekend!

Great kite spot in Panama and better people. When the lagoon is created, you can enjoy a ride in flat water and when waiting for the wind, you can always take something at the bar 🤙🏻
