Panama Sarah's Beachfront Bliss Condos

We stayed in the solarium at Coronado Bay, we were in a bind as we were suppose to be in Boquete for two weeks but with the protests we couldn’t get there from Playa Venao so redirected to Coronado as we were going to spend our last week in that area anyway. We pulled in to the Rey’s and started looking at places. Fortune would have it that the person that was suppose to rent it didn’t come. We asked how early we could get in as we had been driving for hours. She said Diane meet you there and let us dump our bags and change so we could enjoy the pool while they got the place cleaned up and ready. How awesome was that! We ended up staying there 3 weeks, 4th floor ocean front balcony was perfect for both sunrise coffee and sunset cocktails, sunset was spectacular at the roof pool and lounge though. Cable worked great and the generator was wonderful the couple times the power went out. We will definitely be back in Panama and looking to Panama Sarah for our place to stay.

Sarah’s place delivered on its promise of “beachfront bliss.” The beach and pools were delightful. The place is small but thoughtfully provisioned and quite comfy. It was a great plus that we were able to arrange a car rental from her to go exploring one day. Coronado is a very laid back spot, and it’s best to have a car, especially on Sundays and Mondays when there’s only one restaurant within walking distance (the legendary Picasso is open Tuesday-Saturday, and is a mandatory visit).

Panama Sarah was a great property manager to deal with at our stay in Coronado Bay. A couple of issues we had were addressed promptly. She was attentive without being obtrusive. The rental damage deposit funds were returned quickly upon vacating the premises. We would highly recommend her and would definitely consider using her services again if we return to Panama.

We rented a two bedroom condo in Coronado Bay for two months. We loved this condo. It has sensational ocean views and comes equipped with everything we needed. The property is well-maintained, beautifully landscaped, and perfectly located for beach and community activities.
Sarah is very accessible and responds quickly. She is very knowledgeable about Coronado (and Panamá in general) and was able to connect us to many resources that made our stay even more enjoyable.

My Wife and I stayed at Sara's property in the Solarium at Coronado Bay.. From the time that we made our reservation, to the morning we had to leave, everything was just perfect. Sarah really knows how to manage a property and make her guests feel happy and at home. Our condo was immaculate and well maintained. We were right on the beach and had a gorgeous full view of the ocean. We look forward to returning in the near future.

The condo at Coronado Bay was lovely and Sarah herself was a pleasure. And the location just can't be beat! Right on the ocean, waves lulling you to sleep, beautiful pool if you don't feel like getting all salty, well-kept grounds and a couple of great restaurants within walking distance. And good food shopping a quick cab ride or bike ride away. Had the best time, thanks Sarah!

It was well-appointed with a good selection of cooking utensils. The view of the beach was great. The air-conditioning worked as it was hot 31C with 78% humidity. Loved the washer and dryer in the unit

We loved the accommodation. Great location, very clean, fantastic view of the ocean and the pools invite you to relax.

Million Dollar View !!!!! We had a wonderful time here. What could be better than waking and falling asleep to the sounds of the ocean just outside your balcony door ?

We found the bachelorette on the fourth floor, where we stayed, very tired. Kitchenette was well enough equipped. This condo used to be a hotel room and it shows. Bed linens could use replacing, along with pillows that were stained. There was one broken chair and one very tired chair. Walls could use a painting as well. Never met Sarah, the owner, and there was too much construction going on in the building at one time. I got the impression lots of owners stayed away during this time. Large pool was closed while we were there and elevator problems were not fun.

We stayed here last year for two weeks and came back this year for a month in Aug/Sept 2022, but we did not receive a very warm welcome. The apartment was unhygienic and very few lights were working. The ventilation in the bathroom was virtually non-existent and the vent-grill was full of dust plus the drainage hole in the shower was full of hair plus two lights were not working. Some mornings we had to turn off the air conditioning, because there was an awful smell coming from the bathroom. The wall edges had lots of dust and there was gypsum above the doors leading out onto the balcony and dust fell down during the course of our stay. As we are both allergic to dust this was not an ideal situation. There was a gap between the two curtains, which meant that we were awoken every morning at daybreak. The wall edges were scruffy with scuff marks that could easily have been cleaned with some cleaning detergent. The kitchen light was the only light that was working in the bedroom area plus there were no bulbs in the lamps. There was very little cutlery. For instance, there was only one teaspoon and insufficient saucepans etc to cook for two people. About a week after we checked out the owner wrongfully accused us of walking off with the keys for the apartment and the key for the safe plus deprogramming the TV and breaking the curtain. Despite all our complaints, we never received one apology and my request for a part refund was ignored as were all our complaints. "JUDGE SARAH" deducted about $117.35 from my deposit. We paid $75 for the apartment to be cleaned which wasn't even clean when we arrived. Although the views are wonderful we would love to return to Playa Coronado, but needless to say we will not be returning to any apartments belonging by this owner. I suggest anyone that stays here takes lots of photos and make two videos - one upon arrival and one upon departure.
