Was here for my license renewal. After receiving my token number, it only took me an hour to complete everything. Be sure to come early at 8.30am and line up for the token. Bring your original license and citizenship, and no need to buy the stamp.

Went there for license renewal, everything went smooth but I see people are struggling due to multiple steps involved in the process. There is signed instructions and even help desk. I'd say, the system is much better but dues to crowd, people tend to not see the instructions and get lost in the process blaming the system.

Recently I visited for my license renewal, was on queue for about an hour for the token, after that it didn’t take time, take your original citizenship and old license, no need to photocopy..service is improved.

Government office nothing will go as per your plan, so make sure you are on time even though staffs are not
