Considering this hotel lies at 4400 meters elevation, it's a really nice place to stay. The rooms are comfortable, the food is pretty respectable, and the common area is bright and spacious. They do a good job of trying to keep the temperature somewhat comfortable in the common area, so you won't feel the need to wear 15 layers and a blanket. It's one of the first hotels off the trail as you enter Dingboche. Definitely recommended

I stayed at Hotel Good Luck in March when it snowed heavily outside. Despite the cold weather, the hotel was warm and cozy thanks to the owner who even burned chimneys for us. The owner was very friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. The best part of the hotel was the mesmerizing view of Mt. Amadablam from the window - it was truly breathtaking! Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay in Dingboche.

A magnificent teahouse which is 4400m above from sea level at Dingboche have capacity of 100+ trekkers. A common and attached rooms as per the budget of trekkers are available at Hotel Goodluck. Magnificent views of mt. Amadablam and other peaks from the rooms are extraordinary to see. Warm and clean dining will impress anybody who reach at hotel Goodluck. Western menu and good taste of the food makes hotel good luck no. 1 hotel of Dingboche. A friendly staff and owner always ready to help you in different situation which could occur at that elevation. Hot towel and candle before the dinner always create the happiness on evening.

We had two nights staying here for altitude adjustment before going up to EBC. Great atmosphere and clean room. Food is great and lodge staffs are quite helpful. Had a comfortable staying here.

Staff are friendly, Food is good and at night it is well heated! As for the rest of the fascitis some of the better your going to see at this altitude.

Great place to stay on the way to EBC or Island Peak. The owner, Kul-ji, is very friendly and willing to help all hikers.
