I really, really appreciate Dr. Shah for all the help he has given me and my menagerie of animals over the last three years. He saved my cat's life at least twice, he helped to manage my other cat's long-term dental issues, he treated our office dog's skin problems after other veterinarians failed to help, and he has helped me to do the required tests and paperwork to get two pets to different countries. He puts in the time to research the most up to date treatments - and he knows how to treat and work with cats, unlike other vets I have found in the Patan area. Dr. Shah and his staff also clearly love animals, which shows in their gentle bedside manner. Thank you, doc, for all your help! I will never forget your kind care.

This vet clinic is amazing. They cured our very sick cat and they helped us organize all the export papers to travel with cat and dog to the USA inna very very professional way. I got through customs with no problems at all!

Our little Bayleigh was sick when we got her, it turned out that she had Parvo. The staff were so sweet, gentle and caring, even towards myself and my husband and they are very reasonably priced. One of most friendly Vets I have met in all the countries my dog has been to. Dr Prabhakar is very attentive and is always available to support any diagnosis for your pets. After spending one year in Nepal, Dr. Prabhakar was the one who also helped me from start to end in processing all tests and documentation to take my dog to the United States at literally no cost. Even after reaching the US, it's been 3 months and he is still in touch with me and checking on my dog without asking for any consultation fees. This simply speaks a lot about him! Great service from Dr Prabhakar for our adopted dog! He is someone who really understands the history of your pet by patiently listening to you and tries to rule out all possible issues your pet might have. Our dog had constant problems pertaining atopic dermatitis and kidney functioning which was brought under control through Dr Prabhakar’s treatment and diagnosis.

Dr. Shah was able to treat my dog effectively when she was experiencing unusual symptoms that initially appeared neurological in nature. Her condition was extremely weak and he put her on an IV drip and tested her blood and determined she was fighting some kind of toxin. He treated her daily for two weeks and she improved gradually over that period. Now she is fully recovered. I am certain he saved her life and I am extremely grateful.

I highly recommend Dr Shah and his team. They treat our dog, Maya, with such love and care- she goes in tail wagging everytime! They are always quick to respond and happy to give advice anytime, which I really appreciate as an anxious first time dog parent. Maya was in a bad way when we found her but thanks to the high quality treatment she received here, she is now a happy, healthy pup!

Dr. Shah is a great vet. He was fantastic with our dog who had skin issues. Also, he got all of the paperwork and examinations for our dog to travel internationally. I highly recommend him as a vet or resource if you are traveling with your pet.

Mikki is 10 years old and she was diagnosed with mammary gland tumor. The doctors at Jibachha treated her well and now she is cheerful and energetic as before. The place is clean and hygienic. Doctors are friendly, passionate and always available for advice. The price may be a bit heavy on the pockets but the service and quality is praiseworthy.
