Had my recent stay here, awesome staffs who are fully trained for giving exceptional service and the place is fully renovated now and has lot of space for events, office meetings or any other celebrations and their deluxe rooms are quiet spacious ..this place is a go- to if youre travelling to nepal..theres a bar and dine on the ground floor which serves you 6am - 9.30pm ...services like laundry , taxi are available at any given time ..thanks for the good service ...was quite thinking of the bad reviews but looks like their competitors have spammed them ...keep up hotel goodwill and thanks again ✌

Good ambience with spacious courtyard. Nice rooms

The hotel is family owned and they took care of us like family. Room are spacious and warm during the night. The food here is authentic and very reasonable priced. They have a big courtyard with many statues of Hindu and Buddhist gods. The location at first might be taunting at first sight, as the hotel is located at a suburb that is for locals. But after one day strolling the nearby streets, I met the nicest people you can possibly meet at a foreign country. No scams for tourists at the hotel or nearby neighborhood. And its within walking distance to the Patan Palace. One trouble is you might find taxi drivers not knowing the way to the hotel, make sure you get a name card from the lobby, and have the driver call the hotel for directions. Overall I am so glad I choosen Goodwill for my stays at Nepal.

Hotel is quite good but location is quite far from thamel , I love their food . Rooms are quite good and the service stuff was really good 😊.

One of the best hotel in Kathmandu.. close to market, hospital and heritage sites. Peaceful environment, good food , good service. Staffs are very friendly. I recommend this hotel.
