Hyatt Regency Kathmandu

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency and had an excellent experience. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was greeted warmly by the staff, who were professional and attentive throughout my entire stay.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The bed was comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep every night. The bathroom was also well-maintained and stocked with high-quality toiletries.

One of the highlights of my stay was the dining options at the hotel. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options, and I also enjoyed a few meals at the on-site restaurant, which served tasty and beautifully presented dishes.

The hotel's facilities were top-notch, including a well-equipped gym and a lovely outdoor pool area. I also appreciated the convenient location of the hotel, which was close to shopping, dining, and entertainment options.

Excellent service with clean room. Staff are humble & polite. One thing that I found a little odd is that they don’t have Nepali food menu in their restaurant. Location vise this is near to airport & Buddha stupa.

Very grand. Nicely designed. Good food with many dinner/ dessert options. Well facilitated and nice. Water bottles can be accessed easily.
They could improve a few things like heating the food during buffet and having refills ready when the servings is finished.
Washrooms are clean and well maintained. Overall a good experience.

Hayatt being located at the peaceful side of the town, Bouddha, has the most amazing piece of property. The gardens and outskirts of the Hotel itself is huge and peaceful. You wont hear the hustling sound of the Kathmandu Valley but rather the peaceful vibes here. Rooms are on spot, service is top notch and international cuisine foods on point.

Excellent place in the city and 10 minutes from the airport.

I will rate this place a best five star hotel in Kathmandu . With all heritage looks , this is a beautiful property . Although rooms need rennovations , still I will recommend only Hayatts whenever you are in Kathmandu . With nice Pool area , walking strip , green lawns , vast parking , this is an ideal place for holding parties , marriage & conferences . Pride casino is again the one of the best casino in Kathmandu . Morning breakfast has very good options for Indian tourist . The lobby area with stupas , the front elevation & entry unique door ; all are awesem .

The food is delicious, fresh, well served and well decorated. The staff make you feel like home. Ambiance is beautiful ❤.

What a delightful stay at the Hyatt Regency Kathmandu! We stayed there for 3 nights after a trekking trip through the Himalayas and we were surprised by the beautiful hotel and exquisite treatment we received.

The rooms very nice, with views and had a pretty good size.

The real highlight was the amazing food in every restaurant, specially the Sesame, as well as the food in the Executive lounge.

It was also very closed to the Boudha Stupa so we walked there several times as it's a wonderful place to walk around and admire the beauty of the UNESCO monument. You could also see the stupa from several locations of the hotel.

We are looking forward to staying again!

Great as always, good food, good venue, but the manager was new and rude, he didn't notice he is in the hospitality business. Can't blame as whole but he was not great. Been there several times but this time the new manager was not good.

Fromt desk staff are very nice, Wonderful staff at fitness center! Anil is exceptionally kind and helpful. He is professional and take good care of the guests. Its a memorable stay at the hotel.

Highly recommend for staying when traveling Kathumadu. Food and facilities are exellent. They have gym, sauna and outdoor swimming pool. Magnitude of hotel land is big and nicely gardened. Childrens playground has swings and slides. Breakfast buffet is must try item. There is live station that you can directly order Dosa and omelette etc. Price is reasonable and affordable.
All the staff I experienced were nice and kind.
***one thing, I noticed a cleaner was on the phone talking pretty loud right in front of the guest room. I hope they have more concern of guest privacy.***

Excellent place to spend a weekend with family without urban nuisances with nature. Excellent place to have executives get to gather and have morning walks, tennis and a swim in nature. Just to have a feel that you are prince and living in palace.

We came here for the dinner in the Thai restaurant. The food was very delicious, and we had very special service from Maheshwor. He provided us excellent service. We want to come back here for sure.
