The Heritage at Mallaj

This is a really good hotel with nice rooms and great food. I enjoyed 2 days here but could have stayed a week if i didnt have a flight to catch. Thanks to Micky the owner the good team for excellent stay. Certainly will visit again one day im back in Nepal.

A great, historic hotel with exceptional service. The staff are accomodating to any kind of trips in the local area. The food was amazing, and each night there’s a fire. The price includes all meals.

Amazing Experience at the Heritage at Mallaj. The owners are extremely kind and they go up and beyond to make your stay the most pleasurable. They really care for your preferences and were amazing at accommodating to things that you wouldn’t expect them to. The views from the stay and service from the other staffs were amazing as well.
Another plus points are the lovely dogs, Bruno, Yogi, and Puppy. 😍

Amazing place, unmatched really. If you’re in the area it is a must visit place. The hospitality was amazing as well as the food. Rooms are clean with hot showers. All amenities you could think of. Perfect place to rest on the Pokhara - Jomsom route. I was travelling solo on a bike and the host was kind enough to accompany me to the top. Also got to taste local fruits and a surprise treat as well. 11/10 place

We stayed here for a night on our way to Upper Mustang, the property is an oasis above the Kaligandaki canyon. The final climb up from Beni is very fun climbing up the side of the canyon. The tropical climate with the majestic views of the Annapurna Himal range is fantastic. There are also many Jeep tracks around to be explored. The owners are very nice and super hospitable. Will be there again for a longer duration next time. They also have a wonderful pool down by the river.

Hospitality was excellent. Campfire was awesome. Quiet place with our group the only visitors there. Great food.
They can accommodate a group of 7-9 with everything needed for a best stay. A must visit.

HISTORY-FILLED OLD MANSION BOUTIQUE HOTEL IN THE HIMALAYAS
First things first: The Heritage at Mallaj is open !! 🙂
I have been fortunate to spend five nights in this property while the owner @mukundamalla was present. Hence I got first-hand insights and guidance, not only to the property but to various activities in and to the history of the region, its villages and communities. And a very jovial and resourceful dinner company 🤭. Heritage serves local products for breakfast (coffee, tea, honey, jams) from local markets and all the produce for dinner comes straight from their own garden. Imagine a place in the Himalayas that grows tree tomato and kumquat!? The meals are hearty and healthy - a choice of Thali or Chinese or European fare - and consist of ingredients that you can only dream off: soybean pickle, fava been daal, pepper-/and lime-marinated fruit salad. I was spoiled every day with afternoon "snacks" (roasted corns, chillied peanuts, dried soybeans) with either freshly brewed , home-made Masala Tea. Red Himalaya Beer or the newly launched Ghorka Ruby Lager Craft were of course in  attendance if and when requested. A unique culinary experience experience was the tasting of the "House Liquor": millet brandy infused with clove, cardamon and cinnamon 👌.
The Heritage house was built in 1904 by the owner's ancestors and resembles a well-kempt, imposing Florentine Mansion. My bedroom opened to a terrace with mountain views and it provided a comforting, homely cosiness. With temperatures dropping to 4, 5 degrees centigrade at night, I slept like a baby under the fluffy quilt.
Heritage is at about 3 hours-drive west of Pokhara and, with its subtle elegance and efficient and friendly, pleasing staff, assures you of a UNIQUE experience in Nepal. Let my pictures speak for themselves. Note that the village pictures stem from my dayhikes that you can easily make from 1 up to 4 hours. A 1 hour drive to enjoy magnificent and close sunrise views of the Anapurna range can be arranged for a modest prize.

I love this heritage place now it's a resort with great service but the before it was a olny heritage site is it very famous place in parbat district nearly from veni city ....its amazing place all can joy there with good mountain view..✌

A wonderful place in a beautiful place. We could not get service here, but the place so wonderful. Just above of the Beni Bajar, the place is full of peace. Recommended to visit.
