Siddha Gufa (Cave) Bimal Nagar

Great fun. Beautiful cave. Slippery in places. Would definitely recommend taking the guide who will shows you areas of the cave you would not find by yourself. Also a very helpful support in the tricky areas for those not quite as young as we used to be. Tips very much welcomed.

A solid walk down from Bandipur. Probably took us around an hour and a half. Paid 200 rupees each for an awesome guided tour of the caves! Highly recommend. We walked back to Bandipur as well and didn’t find it too difficult.

The cave was really amazing - It was a highlight in Bandipur!
The way down is about 30-45 minutes and you see nice butterfly plus other insects as well as monkeys. Take care in the cave as it is very slippery and there are no lights at all so bring your own flashlight as well.
May take a look at the Cave plan first before you walk in.
The way back may be a little exhausting but all in all worth it! (1hour)

It was an amazing experience for me. 45 min uphill walk was tiring one yet one will forget the tiredness when you reach to the cave, even more you will reach to different dimension when you are inside. The view from the top is amazing as you can see the beautiful valley and the river following. Take a guide while going inside and watch your steps and mind your heads inside the cave.

Very nice cave. It is the biggest cave in Asia. You can go there if you can walk because you must walk about 30+ mins stairs to reach the cave and must go on time (noon).

It’s the biggest cave in south Asia. Just around 30 minute walk from Bimalnagar -prithivi highway. You can get down to cave from bandipur as-well by around 45 minute down hill walk. It’s 437m long and it’s height is up to 50 m on some section. It has beautiful lime sediments’ structures. The entry fee is 200rs with guide included.

This is a amazing arts of nature. Huge cave, one of the largest, 2nd largest of south Asia is really a surprise destination. Still give a focus light for its beauty, without disturbance to bats. It's about an hour walking way up from the highway and also about an hour from bandipur. It's situated at the jungle which gives the experience that would never goes out of mind.

Hiking from Bandipur to the cave was even better then the cave itself! It is a steep 1h30 downhill (750m vertical) to the cave. Paid 200 Rs per person for a guide to show us around. The cave is huge, but flaslights are needed.

A very beautiful cave for those who like to explore caves.. It is very dark so you will need a strong torch light .. You can also rent the torch which is 100 Rs for 1. With a minimum cost you can also hire a guide who is also the gate keeper of the cave and he will tell you all about the cave and walk you through the whole cave.

Siddha cave is located at bimalnagar in tanahun. It is the largest cave in Nepal and second largest in South Asia. The inside journey of the cave is adventurous. It took us around 45 minutes to reach the end. The nature is in fact magical. The structure of the cave is indeed very beautiful.

Such a fun experience visiting the cave. The guide was really kind and showed us around inside for just 100rps. A must visit when in Bandipur! The walk down is lovely and then you can either walk back up (a lot of steps) or continue to the bottom and grab a ride back to Bandipur!

Really enjoyed the walk from Bandipur down to Siddha Cave, more than I did the cave. Still worth doing because of the walk

It is just amazing place to visit. Everyone should visit once.

Ton of hiking but a great adventure on the way to pokhara

The cave exceeded expectations! Guide showed us around, many bats in cave. Be aware that some climbing is necessary and sometimes, ground is slippery. Walk down and up to Bandipur or take car/bus to get back up. Ask guide and let them arrange transport for you 😊

Tranquility amidst pitch dark!! A must-visit cave just about 45 minutes uphill from Bimalnagar.

Very exciting experience. On the way to Pokhara, had a break for about one hour. The stairs are good to climb with support of bar. The of valley from the top of the cave is very good, even you can see the mountains. You could be chill/slightly cold on the cave and even inside cave. There are some stairs inside cave and the support of ropes as well. You also find some water running inside cave. It's very huge cave by the way.

Much amazing than other popular caves in Nepal. A must visit place, 30 minutes uphill walk from Bimal Nagar.
