Bought a 2TB nVME. When I noticed a price drop before the drive was sent I contacted them and within the day they had issues a refund for the drive. I would say excellent service and very quick to reply. Will be saved in my awesome stores favorites.

On February 2024 I bought a computer monitor with SiComputer. They had the lowest price, buying experience was smooth and the shipping super fast. In less than 24 hours the item was at the delivery address.

Super service, 1 of 2 Hard disks was DOA, but was replaced within 48 hours including the transport time by mail in each direction and at no extra cost!!

Besides the quick delivery 2 years ago they also handled my return (within warranty, memory sticks) 2 years later very well. Within hours of receiving my faulty kit (and confirming it's malfunction) they had already offered a solution that I was happy with. Definitely recommend this company, excellent customer service.

I ordered a set of RAM sticks but after the confirmation email i realized there was a mistake on the product page and it wasn't the set i was looking for, but a slightly different one.
I told them my problem and they replied really fast (next morning). They apolagized and told me they made a mistake, would cancel the order and return my money. 2 days later i already got my money back.

Yes, they made a mistake, but the way they solved it so well, fast and customer-friendly, is still worth 5 stars in my opinion.
Most bad reviews here are about mistakes being made and SiComputers not having a phone number, but in my experience they dont need a phone when they reply this fast on emails and fix their mistakes so well. Great service👍

I have to say that I received great customer service. After having an issue with an AMD 5800X (4 weeks after purchase) they helped me right away and made my day!
What I also like is their fast shipment.

I had placed an order for an ultrawide curved screen. Unfortunately, the screen arrived with a vertical crack. Probably handled too roughly during transport? My RMA-request was quickly handled. I was able to return the defect item the next working day and had a replacement within three days (allthough it took a day longer because I missed the courier). After having ordered several items here, I am still a satisfied customer!

i mean it would be 1 star due to late shipment buut as they are quick to reply and get things done faster then other companys its 5 stars.. so great place to shop also sometimes cheap deals.

I ordered two monitor arms (Arctic X1) and the service and delivery was super quick!

I ordered my case (1 in stock ) on Wednesday 16th around 4:30 p.m., the package was shipped on Thursday around 3:30 p.m. and I received my package on Friday around 2:00 p.m. all this in UPS and to Belgium.
