Novotel Rotterdam Brainpark

Ideally placed to the university. Good hotel with a comfortable bed, functional bathroom, and good breakfast. The breakfast buffet includes excellent full grain bread and, on some days, delicious, individually prepared fried eggs. The coffee is very good. Unfortunately, breakfast items are not properly labeled and there seems to be no Müsli option without sugar.

Location of the hotel is perfect . Easy to go in and out of highway. 6 minutes walk only going to the tram station and takes 25 minutes by tram to the city center .
Room is good but pillows are too flat ( little more filling is better ) 👍🏽and missing the mini fridge .

I had to visit due to work, and found the staff very helpful and polite. The only reason I scored 9 instead of the maximum 10 out of 10 was the wait occasionally at the hotel bar which was not permanently staffed, however it really was a minor inconvenience as the staff were all incredibly nice at all times.

Objectively, the Novotel Rotterdam Brainpark hotel is ideally situated if you are going to RSM. The rooms are also newly renovated and I was pleasantly surprised with the technology (Netflix, chrome cast, etc.) and the toiletries (Rituals). Breakfast spread was buffet style however did not have made to order eggs (no big deal). Although the staff were always attentative, I felt that there weren't enough staff and at times long queues formed at the front desk. Overall, I was happy with my stay. Cheers.

First time traveling on a business trip to the Netherlands. Prices were very affordable for overnight. Staff was super amazing and friendly and very convenient for me to travel to locations that I needed to go to highly recommend it.

Great hotel and really good breakfast. Reception staff have been lovely, always a smile and very helpful. The chap who checked us in was great.
The breakfast has an amazing choice, something for everyone. All of us really enjoyed it.
The room is clean, has everything we need and a nice size. It's very up together with plenty of plug sockets, a mini fridge and safe.

It's located a bit outside the city centre and not far away Feyenoord stadium. If you are looking forward to a quiet place this maybe a good choice.

Location is super convenient! You can drive to the centre just in 10min. Nice building, nice price and clean rooms. Recommended!

Had a pleasant stay with my family. It's a little far from Rotterdam central but very well connected with metro tram and bus stations.

I give 5 stars because the parking was 10 Euro (good price), the service was exceptional (they took extra effort to make sure we had what we needed and wanted), and the room we had (1603) was very big and ideal for both comfort and work. Really the only negative aspect was the noise. A major bridge and intersection are nearby. But maybe a lower level room would be quieter... Not sure. Great experience overall.

This summer vacation was very busy in Germany, we couldn’t get reservations to go to Denmark, we decided to visit anywhere, out blue we got idea to visit Rotterdam and this was top of the list hotel. I booked it for five nights. My family said this was the most memorable vacations they ever had. Rotterdam the best city, best activity center, hustle and bustle, food, people and the hotel. Nice staff, good location and cheap.

Our overall experience was excellent right from the moment we arrived at reception. We were warmly welcomed and were advised on the sights in the city and recommended routes for our cycling plans. We had been given a free upgrade which was pleasant although the mini-bar wasn't fully replenished for the second night's stay. Bar and restaurant staff were excellent also and the food was very good. The hotel itself was well situated. We would recommend this hotel.

Good and spacious rooms. Nice view from the windows. My room was at 14th floor, hence enjoyed the window watching. At the evening you can take a small walk out side the hotel, if you are not tired. The walking area in front of the hotel is very nice and you can enjoy this place.Good service from the staff and the fast lifts will increase your joy here.

If I were to nitpick, restaurant was mediocre, and just like every other business in 2022, they're dealing with staffing and supply chain shortages.

I have been using this Hotel for several years now, every time I am in the Rotterdam area. The staff are always friendly and helpful and make me feel welcome. The restaurant & bar are both good and the breakfast buffet is superb. If you are in a hurry you can get an express breakfast, which is also very good.
The rooms are spacious and well kept.
The Hotel is environmentally conscious and you can re-use towels or even chose to not have your room cleaned each time. The latter even provides you with a small credit to be used in the bar or restaurant.

Services such as dry-cleaning are provided and not too expensive.

Printing your boarding card before your flight, no problem and free of charge.

Truly recommend this hotel to anybody who does´t have the need to be in the center of town with their accommodation.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this modern hotel with a spectacular view! The room was spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable and the room was so clean. The hotel wasn’t too far from the center but far enough for less traffic and noise. The continental breakfast was excellent with a large variety of foods from sweets to salty. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone who’s traveling to Rotterdam.
