Shanny (excuse me if spelled wrong) and his colleague dropped off and installed my washing machine. Already on the phone I noticed that Shanny is very kind and has a very positive energy. I appreciated this already. They considerately removed the plastic and any cardboard before even bringing the machine up to my apartment. Shanny kindly explained how to use the washing washing and left my apartment with the same aura that he provided on the phone. I'm very grateful and happy this this service! Lovely and helpful men!

I did not want to order my monitor from the website, because it was not clear from the description in which range I could adjust the height. I went to the shop twice, once in the evening to agree on the process that would allow me to come back the next day, open the box, checking what needed to be checked and then taking it home. It went super smoothly.

I was looking for a headphone with wire. I was assisted with my search, asking for what I was going to use it mostly, where all features were explained between a couple of different models. And even got a cup of coffee. I am still very happy with my purchase. Allover a very good store with well informed employees who are absolutely motivated to get you what you want and/or need and not busy just making sales. Very nice staff!

They have a good selection of various items, including coffee machines. For such machines they had helpful info, including videos, explaining what the choices were between classes of products, and within a class of product.

This cool blue store is quite big and has electronics, appliances etc on display. You can pretty much vague your options and see what model you want. Or if you're sure what appliance you need but want to see it physically, visiting the store will be helpful. There is a queue system in case you want to use the cool blue staff's assistance or check information about the product you need with them, then make sure you register yourself in the queue, you'll find a kiosk with information on entrance. Do note, some items may not be either on display or available with them in their stock, so it'll be a good idea to check with the staff too before buying.

Coolblue in den haag never fails to keep its promise. The staff are really friendly and the service they provide is unmatched to any other store which makes it my first priority when thinking about any electronics I require for my home.
