I was in wassenaar with my son to visit family. I was early so reluctantly went shopping (don't really enjoy the process) , just needed a couple of things.. I am usually in and out as quick as possible.. but we ended up spending an whole hour in there.. it just felt great. Excellent customer (and human) experience. Very helpful staff with great customer care.
The manager is amazing and clearly understands leadership. I ll be back 😉👍🏼

A good branch of Hema with an impressive selection of items (even curtain ordering). Cafe area serves hot food and drinks, and a grocery section is also present. Good staff levels so lines at checkout are usually very short - can reliably just nip in and out if you have a specific item in mind.

Very tidy and organized and the staff are very helpful. They expanded the food area with extra seating and it is a lot better now!

Lovely shop great for random things such as cloths and waffles school equipment and drawing and creative things. Amazing shop

Einfach nur toll. Man sitzt bequem und die Bedienungen sind sehr freundlich. Das Essen ist super. Mal was anderes. Frisch und lecker. Grosse Auswahl. Hier hat auch niemand Deutsch gesprochen.
