I ordered some stuff which was out of stock, but could be ordered. I did not realize this because Google Translate did not translate it properly and made it seem like it was in stock. However, the items had to be ordered and it was unclear when the store would get the next round of deliveries. After a week I contacted the store and they explained the situation, giving me a refund upon request, as well as inviting me to come visit some other time. They were very kind and I'm sure there would have been no problem if I had ordered something that was in stock.

Great customer service. My package was delayed by a few days due to the state of shipping between the UK and Europe, but all of my emails are answered quickly and within a day.

When a part of my order came in, I was given the option of sending those items my way for free while the rest was still stuck in shipping. All free of charge, so great incentive from the owner.

One of the best places to get everything warhammer related, friendly staff that also know their warhammer and a very friendly attitude towards customers with questions. Also very involved in their community through discord. I will never shop anywhere else.

Great store with nice features such as collecting point for future discounts, friend referrals and a nice discount on top of all purchases. But foremost, the owner is very friendly and extremely in touch with the customers. If you are looking for a nice warhammer community to join into, minihobby is the place to be.

A great reseller of Games Workshop (and more) products and always with a discount. This store also has a massive Discord community where hobbyists can discuss their armies, paint jobs and all other miniature related subjects.

Kom nu zo'n 2 1/2 jaar bij deze winkel en kan me niet vinden in de slechte reviews van de laatste tijd. Bestellingen komen gewoon binnen de afgesproken tijd aan en beide heren nemen ruim de tijd om je te helpen in de winkel.

Ze willen de tijd voor je nemen om met je mee te kijken en denken als je een nieuw project wilt starten.

Al om al een prima zaak waar ik met een hoop plezier naar toe ga!

Supper gezellige winkel word goed geholpen. Kon met al men vragen over hoe ik dingen het beste kon aanpakken voor een bapaald effect kreeg ik genoeg informatie samen met wat hun zouden doen om dat effect te creeren.

Verder is de comunity wat er komt ook erg leuk. Heb vandaag lekker aos gespeeld was een 2 v 2 uiteindelijk verloren maar veel plezier gehad en weer wat dingen geleerd
