Recently bought a new bike here, and I was very happy with the offered service and price of the bike. The variability in choice is high, you can make a test run in or around the store and they make a real effort trying to meet all your criteria/wishes. They even mad a custom adaption to the bike I ordered so I was able to use it with a front baby seat which I already owned. They indicated a maximum delivery time of two weeks, but I was able to pick it up in just 2 working days. They made me a good offer for insurance and maintenance and took care of all the paperwork. I definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a (new) bike!

A professional service centre with helpful and friendly staff. I went there to get a tube changed. They were busy with a waiting list. But upon seeing that I had a cargo bike and two kids, they agreed to help me and we were done in 10 minutes. I would recommend this shop.

I went to Wijtman Delft today to buy a new saddle. Despite coming close to closing time, people were very friendly and helpful and helped me to install my new saddle right on the spot, free of charge. Great service!

Everything you need. I was buying a tool that turned out broken inside the package (meaning, not their fault). Could swap it, no sweat. Will surely revisit, this is what makes a real-life shop worth supporting. Thanks for great service.

Me and 16 lads were on a 5 day cycle trip through the Netherlands, about 100 km a day, coming from Newcastle with the ferry. On the second day I was slightly tired, not concentrated, and crashed into my frontman when he braked. Fell off the bike, and the front tire was slightly ripped open. We found this brilliant bike store in Delft, where not only I got the replacement tire and tube, but they also exchanged it within 10 minutes, so that the rest of the group did not have to wait too long for me, and we managed to reach our hotel in time that day. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and funny. The new tire will make it another 2000 km now ! Many thanks again to the wonderful staff at Bike Total Wijtman in Delft, I will always remember this episode !

A class of 11 college and graduate students and 2 instructors rented 13 bikes for two The bikes were fantastic as was the service. We ordered the bikes blind, but told them we had one very long-legged person so they provided one tall bike that worked perfectly. After getting the bikes it turned out we had one very short-legged person. Exchanging the bike for a better fit was no problem. They provided us with basic tools to adjust seats, etc to make sure we got the correct fit for everybody. Their delivery and pick up of the bikes was easy and on-time. They were great!

I bought a mountainbike here and am really happy with the service provided so far. There are enough different bike models on stock which you can see and try them for a spin. The staff is friendly and helpful. They don't force you into anything you don't want and seem qualified in their advice.

Amazing bike shop. The staff is serious and kind and their availability for any question or request is always great. I got a new bike from there and I received also some discount.
In my opinion it is certainly the best place in town where to buy a new bike!

The team at this bike shop were super helpful supplying me some bike boxes (for free : ) so I can transport my bikes overseas. They read, replied and acted on my enquiry email which really helped as well. The bike shop is well located to access with a car and had a big range of bikes and accessories to choose from. I rented a bike here for 2 weeks for my stay here in the NL. The staff, specifically Stefan and Jose, were extremely helpful and friendly. They recommended places to bike to and things to go see. My bike was in great condition and you can't beat the price. Fantastic experience - thank you!

Bought two (used) bicycles here. Great service and great variety of bikes to choose from. Good prices too. All bicycles are checked and are in excellent condition.

Perfect service. Repaired a broken chain myself but it broke again after just 500 kilometers. They gave me a new chain and replaced the old one for free because it broke way too soon. Very happy.

I went with my vintage Batavus bike. I needed an old screwto fix a brake hnadle. The guy in the workshop didn't have an original one, of course, beeing mine a 1976 old bike. But he spent time to find a fitting one, he cut it to fit the right length, found metal rings to improve the space. When I asked how much I owed them, he told me he did for the sake of seeing an old bike keep running.
Simply the best service in towwn in my opinion.

Came here Friday evening for an urgent case of change a tire. Was done within 15 minutes despite the repairing place already being closed. Great service.

Superb, fantastic, fully understanding my every need! These are just a few of the words that come to mind when I reflect on how well Wijtman's manager, Stephen, was able to serve my wife and I. We bought a new bike and Stephen took pains to ensure it met our every need, and even changes seat and handle colors to meet my wife's fashion whims - amazing! If you want to buy a truly Dutch bike, and be treated like Dutch royalty, this is the 'Wijt' (lol) place to go - tot ziens!
