There's always a very wide assortment of hardware. Unfortunately, a larger-sized anchor bolt was not available that I needed last month that I had to order online from a specialist. What I especially appreciate, besides the lowest prices around, is the very knowledgible staff, particularly at the project kiosk they have inside. With their help, I've managed to do some rather difficult home repairs!!

Bought several fishes. I did a while ago my first purchase, that's why I came back.
I think the quality of the fish is very good. The variety looks big, but in practice, not a lot for my particular situation with my aquarium and the possibilities for having multiple spices.
Be careful that you might get snails in your aquarium if you buy plants or merge the water from the new fish into your tank.

Variety of products, staff are very helpful though having more staff around the shop would be much more easy for customers who needs help regarding products

Hornbach is the best hardware store in the netherlands period. Gamma, praxis nor karwei can compete with its quality nor its prices. Hornbach has better quality products, often more choice in brands n way better prices. The only set back is that hornbach is usually farther away n in remote locations compared to other hardware stores

Really helpful, friendly staff. I first made a telephone call and the staff member went to a lot of trouble to help me then when I visited the store there were plenty of knowledgeable staff available to help me further, plus I got a great deal on a damaged plant!!!

Huge store with pretty much everything you need for all your construction projects. Ask an employee where to find the stuff you're looking for, because you'll be looking for it by yourself for hours since the store is that friggin huge.

Everything you need to build, maintain or renovate your house under one ceiling. Vast area with everything you may think about from the very small details to the very big ones. When I need some help the staff was happy to give hand.
There is also a wide park area free of charge.

10/10 customer service, very helpful and informed staff, answered all the questions that I had and helped me find exactly what I needed even in other departments (was assisted by a staff member Wesley from the tool section). Great quality of the products too, and the store has a wide range of everything that you might need.
