Reasonably priced drugstore, with quite a large inventory and many promotions/ discounts. 🙃😻🙃🍄🫠

I like the friendly staffs, the small girl with black hair also the other women who is friendly. The girl very helpful and even help me to choose a product for my problem, she even help me translate the direction how to use it. Unfortunately this afternoon, I met the other woman who never smile and not so helpful and so I spend quite a long time deciding which product to buy eventough there are no customer queue on kassa. I feel I just met a dementor and lose all of my happiness.

Please be grateful when a customer come to your store when actually they can choose the other drug store. Definitely I chose to buy product in etos because of the friendly and helpful staffs I met before.

Experienced such an unprofessional, unfriendly and no manners service in my life from an woman called herself a (vice) MANAGER, Linda in this Etos shop!

She is so rude to her customers, especially when they want to exchange or return things. Me and my family buy a LOT of our living stuffs from the TWO Etos stores in the Leiden city center, especially when they have on sale. When I pointed out her RUDE attitude finally (this already happened several times before, but then I didn’t complain anything before), and she even said that “if I dont like her service, just don’t come to this shop and will NOT give any service to you!” And she threatened me by shouting to me that if I didn’t get out of the shop immediately she was gonna call the police!! So eventually the police came and said don’t call them with this kind of arguments!!! And just call the ETOS customer service!!! So she really thought RETURNING the product is a CRIME??? So I eventually called the ETOS service center and told them about (insane, aggressive and rude woman) the POOR and TERRIBLE service, her lazy work and the verbal violence towards to me. I hope this never happens to any other people...

Als je een aankoop wil ruilen omdat het stuk is moet je niet bij Etos zijn maar bij de fabrikant?? Belachelijk en waarschijnlijk verboden. En op deze locatie vroegen ze zelfs om de gebruikte borstel, nou ja?? Koop geen elektrische tandenborstels bij Etos. Ga naar de Blokker (50m). Aardige mensen daar die je wel helpen. En ruilen kan gewoon in de winkel

Wat een Etos zeg, lekker locatietje ook! Alles was geweldig tot ik me realiseerde dat ik krullen had en je hier niks hebt voor mensen met krullen!🥲😘
