they tricked me: when opening their website, a pop-up promises a discount if I enter my email address for the newsletter. an email is promised which I need to confirm in order to get the discount. I wait and wait and wait but the email never arrives until I have already placed and paid my order, so these trickers make sure that the discount can no more be applied.

Dramatische klachtenafhandeling, om te huilen zo slecht. Tot 2x toe verkeerd product opgestuurd gekregen, daaropvolgende afspraken worden niet nagekomen. 4x de klantenservice gebeld met een half uur wachttijd, ik snap waarom.

Bezorg datum klopt niet meerdere keren gebeld. Telkens sorry maar onze leverancier heeft het niet opgestuurd is iets fout gegaan. Zou binnen paar dagen binnenkomen. Na 2 weken en vaak bellen bestelling geannuleerd.

Levertijden op de website worden niet nagekomen. Klantenservice weet ook niet wat er fout gaat en lijkt zaken weinig proactief op te pakken.
