Chanced upon the Boutique in the Departure area and was very lucky to be able to buy this classic Datejust 41 today (10 Mar 24). The Sales Staff Ria was very professional and helpful. She was very patient as i was initially unsure which model i was eyeing on. She took a few models and let me try them on. After a short wait, Ria broke the good news that the DJ41 was in stock and asked if i want to proceed with the purchase. I was very happy hearing that and gave a resounding Yes !!! Overall, i was very happy with my interactions with Ria and obviously the ability to purchase this gorgeous timepiece without much hassle. Thank you Ria for making my day.

I’ve visited the store many times on my trips through Europe and they’ve never had stock. This isn't surprising when you look at global demands versus supply. On this occasion, my flight was close to boarding but I decided to chance it. To my surprise they had the model I wanted. Owing to time constraints, it was hasty on my side but a smooth experience none the less. I managed to board my flight but had to skip breakfast. Definitely worth it!

In the future, I'll try and swing by the boutique again. Albeit to say thank you.

Purchased a beautiful watch for my mother today at the boutique. The luck of finding a watch to purchase was only topped by buying experience provided by Yin. An excellent example of what fantastic customer service is, he made the purchase process a breeze and had the strap adjusted for my mother as we waited. I will be making a point to stop in again.

For two years, I searched high and low across Amsterdam, Istanbul, Porto, and Madrid for the elusive Date Just 41 white dial watch. Despite numerous attempts, no store could fulfill my desire until I encountered Yin. In a stroke of luck, just 10 minutes before my flight to London, I finally acquired the watch of my dreams. Yin's impeccable professionalism and politeness made the entire experience unforgettable.

Incredible in the best way! Mohamed who assisted me and showed me the Celebration Dial OP which they had on display! I just returned from Zurich earlier in the month and Bucherer didn’t have any of the new 2023 models on display!

Low and behold, they had one to try and touch and see how the new dial works on the wrist. I must say it looks amazing since the indexes pop out of the bubbles of the dials. Beautifully finished by Rolex.

I was also explained how Rolex Schiphol works - only by your own luck for the model you are after. Good luck and may all you Rolex seekers get the model you want!

I visited 2 Rolex stores in Germany and no one was willing to provide genuine help. But here I got a genuine advice from a lady. It's a pity I didn't remember her name, I will visit again next time I pass by here.

I was traveling home from a business trip and visited the Gassan Rolex boutique. I was served by Thomas, who was incredibly polite and attentive, and we discussed a number of watches on display. Thomas was more than happy for me to try on any watch they had on display. I explained that I had been on a waiting list for 5+ years for a professional model with my local AD, and we spoke about the supply limitations and high demand. On this occasion I was fortunate that the watch I was looking for was in stock, and I was able to purchase it there and then. I understand that supply of these watches does not meet the demand, and as frustrating as it is for the consumer, I imagine it's equally as frustrating for the retailer too. Whilst I was in the boutique I lost count of the number of people coming in and asking if there were any watches for sale (not always politely). I am thrilled with my purchase, and it seems on this occasion the stars aligned, and I was able to purchase the watch I had been looking for, for 5+ years. Next time I'm in the airport, I will definitely stop by for a chat, and hopefully Thomas will be working, and I can thank him again for making my dream a reality. You definitely have a lifelong customer in me, and I wish Thomas and the team at Gassan all the very best. Thank you!

I'm traveling often through Schiphol and i visit this shop everytime. Early October they explained me that is worth try every time and ask if any of the model that I'm looking are available. Last Sunday i was lucky and i managed to buy one of the model that i was looking since early 2021 for my father birthday. I would like to thanks the staff of the shop in particular Igor and the shop manager just back from Singapore. As discussed I will keep stopping at the shop for a chat and to see the new models and i hope to manage to buy another Rolex in the coming years.

A month ago l visited the shop on the way back to home and a sales rep his name is Mr.Muhammed , he was very friendly and positive to my questions . Although l did not buy anything , he guided me very good during my visit . Because l had already bought a new Tudor before my flight. But at my next trip , l am planing to buy a new watch from the boutique.

Very good customer service, one of the only Rolex stores I’ve been to where a watch was readily available. Transaction went quick and smooth, only thing I would’ve liked is a Rolex hat :)

Big thanks to Thomas for taking the time to show me a few pieces and walk me through the boutique. Although they had no inventory available, he made me feel very welcome and spent a significant amount of time. I'm looking forward to stopping by the next time I'm at Schipol and hoping to get the opportunity to purchase a watch.
