Babypark Gouda

Just awesome. Honestly I didn't expect much, thinking it would be overpriced with lots of items you don't need, but I was wrong. My partner and I got a 2-hour hands-on orientation in English to strollers, baby rooms, car seats and smaller items like bottle systems. This was free of cost. We were able to sign up earlier the same day. The employee who led the orientation was fantastic - she was familiar with every product we asked about, didn't rush us or push us to buy. We got tired out before she did! For when that happens, they have a small cafe.

We ordered a car seat and base online and picked them up at the drive-in warehouse, which is through the gate past the main entrance. The warehouse employee was fast and helpful. He offered to remove the cardboard boxes so the items would fit in our small car, and he was familiar enough with the products to help us find a button we needed.

We are so happy with Baby Park! The staff are so knowledgeable and friendly. They can answer all of your questions, even if you have lots of them 😉 they are extremely helpful. There is such a great selection you can always find what you need at the best prices.

Babypark has been the best support in this journey, while we wait for the arrival of our first baby.

We visited baby park in Gouda today and we needed some information about some products. Martine assisted us on finding the best solutions, and I can admit that she is an exceptional employee who pays attention to the client and provides the best customer service. We were totally satisfied by our visit.

I was looking for a car seat and the young man that helped me was very professional at showing the various options and their differences in price, quality and features. It’s good to see that there still are people that take their jobs serious and have the expertise to guide a customer to the right product without being too pushy or trying to up-sell without the need.

After a dissatisfying experience at another similar store, we were so pleased with Babypark in Gouda. We made a personal shopping appointment in English and it was exactly the help we needed. The seller knew so much and explained everything we wanted to know in perfect English. Made the experience and choices so easy! I didn’t expect it at all, with so much to chose from. Totally recommend this place. Also well organized and with everything you can possibly need. We will be back for more!

Great place to buy everything for your baby from A to Z. The shopping assistants were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We got advice and demonstration on baby strollers, differences between models and functionalities explained. We will definitely keep visiting you again in the years to come.
