Great prices, service and staff. Bought a printer for the first time with them and 30 minutes later someone calls me to confirm my address and check if I need an extra cartridge without extra delivery costs. The gifts in the box (leaflets, pens, adhesive tape, playing cards, etc) are just heart warming and I have no idea how they can still stay on profit.

These guys are amazing. Great product range, competitive prices, and exceptional customer service. I had issues with two color cartridges and they were super quick to replace. No fuss, no hassles. And the best part.. you can call them till midnight.. in Netherlands. Recommended!

In addition to that, I received a replacement of one of the items without any extra effort (besides sending a picture of the defect). Within 3 days of the item breaking, I had a new one at home without any additional costs + a card that said "SORRY" + a little bottle of wine! :)

Super speedy delivery service! Good priced replacement ink for HP. The website was easy to use. Communication from order start to delivery was perfect. I would definitely order from them again and I recommend that you do too. The only thing that was confusing is that there was an invoice in the box with an amount showing due and with the pay slip, but I had already paid online. Perhaps it would be better to include a 'Paid' invoice for items that were previously paid for.

I ordered 2 cartridges which somehow got lost by the mail.

The company handeld this very professionally and I got very quick a new package. Very nice interaction with the customer service, which really made their best to help me.

The quality of the ink is fine too, so I will definitely order again there.

I always order my printer ink (and other random items that I don't really need!) from 123inkt.nl. They are so quick at processing and sending my orders. The complimentary items included are a really nice touch. I also really like their recycle cartridge service which donates to various charities. Great work!

I ordered a printer cartridge online that was of course way cheaper than the original Canon version. However it gave a 'cartridge not recognized' error, due to some sneaky chip that Canon install. So I phoned 123inkt. The friendly girl knew straight away - from my phone number I guess - my name and order number etc with no questions asked, and sent a package to me with a new cartridge and a return sticker for the old one. I rang twice to clarify the process and the girls were extremely friendly.
Such excellent service is rare, and the mark of a potentially great company.

I bought a printer there, and I was quite happy with the process. Paid in the evening and had the thing I ordered at home the following day. Quite efficient and nothing to complain about. The price was good too.

My old Canon printer broke down, wanted to get a new one which could work with the cartridges I still had but those went obsolate.
I ordered the cheapest still checking all the desired feature boxes with color+black cartridges, easy enough.

I then got a call with a recommendation to get another which, for the same total, came equipped with more efficient cartridges (CMYK+B, not the exact same as I had but still the same idea). Hey ho, let's go.

I haven't used anawful lot yet, but everything seems well. Happy customer here.
