Fijne en vriendelijke medewerkers. Ze denken altijd met je mee en de service is super. Bijna alles is mogelijk. Ze hebben trouwens ook lekkere kopjes koffie voor de liefhebber 😍

Very good bike and easy to subscribe. However, when I had only forgotten my keys at my parents house, they did not want to lend me the copy for a couple of days (just time enough to receive the locker key by post mail), even against a my ID or a check as a security for the lending. They wanted me to pay 15€ anyway. This lack of flexibility really decreased my appreciation of their services!!

Altijd veel plezier gehad met de fiets. Nadeel: Je moet zelf zorgen dat de fiets wordt terug gebracht in Wageningen (ook als je altijd de fiets in Ede hebt gehad), als dit vooraf juist was gemeld, dan had ik dit nooit gedaan!
