One of the best restaurants in the region, hands down. Fresh ingredients from their own garden and farm which really make a difference. The wine pairings as well are among the best combinations I have experienced. Simply superb! I hope they can carry on with the restaurant. Note, they are closing the restaurant 1 Dec, so get your reservations in ASAP

The location is amazing. Just off the city, surrounded by nature, beautiful indoor, and an amazing aputdoor sitting area plus a small outdoor bar.
All the food is local, vegetables grown in the garden and meat from their own farm. The service was also excellent.
They not only serve amazing food, with a very creative menu, but also the entire experience, with starters and drinks, a great dinning atmosphere, and good music to enjoy dessert and a last drink.
Will definitely go back, and will recommend.

We were here for the Butcher's Paradise dinner. When we arrived, there was a wild boar (an entire wild boar) turning on the spit... When it was done, it was very quickly transformed into a delicious dish consisting of three preparations of that boar. In combination with the mouth-watering amuses, the creative starter, and the excellent dessert, not to forget the awesome perfectly matched local wines, and the nice set-up where guests shared large tables, this was a wonderful experience. Warmly recommended!

Wonderful restaurant with many vegetables from the garden. Good food with imaginative use of herbs and veg. Some mistakes were made in the kitchen though, so not all dishes lived up to expectation. Amazing outdoor seating with wonderful sunset views. The backdrop of yellow limestone is breathtaking. Try the 'tea from the garden' where you can pick your own from the garden. Pure magic.

Gorgeous location where you can enjoy of a coffee or beer surrounded by their organic garden. The food is tasty and they have a quite varied menu. Apparently most of the ingredients they use come from their own permaculture garden. The meat is of great quality and ethical. Their dessert with red fruit bavarois is delicious. Recommended.

Lovely place with a great food and amazing service. We took the surprise 4 course menu and it delivered - very interesting combinations and fresh vegetables and herbs (beautiful). Thanks guys for a lovely evening!

What a lovely evening. Really beautiful location & tasty food. Service was excellent. Remarkably I forgot to make any photos. We had buikspek. Heerlijk. Really tasty jus and the smell. Amazing.

Very beautiful and interesting place. We didn't eat but dinner options look nice as well, around 15-20 euros zuurvlees meatballs etc. Everything original and tasty from local resources.

Probably my favorite place to have a beer or cappuccino in all around Maastricht. Nice snacks and food, too
