Renaissance Amsterdam Schiphol Airport Hotel

Greatly supplied,modern hotel with plenty of parking. Also,if you book the parking online,is really cheap. Nice,helpful staff as well. Very pleased with the experience overall.

Very nice and modern hotel. Breakfast relatively good. Transfer bus every half an hour or so, with 10 ish minutes from the A9-A13 stop just outside the arrival/departure.

Customer service is fantastic. All staff from the front counter, to kitchen/dining staff, shuttle driver and housekeeping have excellent work ethics. The size of our room is very adequate. Comfortable bed and down pillows. Shuttle runs every 30minutes to and from airport. Very much wheelchair accessible specially the elevator. Quick check-in and check-out. The Emergency/fire alarm was tested during our check-out (great coincidence), to guarantee it's working properly. Overall it was a very enjoyable and comfortable stay for me and my husband.

Very cool, clean, and well run hotel just a few minutes from the Schipol airport terminal. Free shuttle from stop 9. Took the train from Schipol to Delft and Utrecht. Beds are comfortable. Great modern bathrooms.

Modern but tasteful interior. Staff was friendly and helpful.
I used some spare time to rent a bike at the reception and went for a short ride through the neighboring forest.

Both the staff and room were excellent. Although there is nothing near the hotel it is a short shuttle ride to the airport.

I want to start by showing recognition to Paula who was the hostess with the mostest at the restaurant. She was incredibly warm, welcoming and professional. It was a very busy night due to many canceled and delayed flights which obviously led to a lot of last minute bookings, and she was the epitome of grace and poise the entire time!

Also Jose, the following day at the restaurant for lunch deserves a shout out as well. Very kind and friendly!

The property over all was excellent! Clean and spacious, dinner was great, lunch was great. The only small issue I had was with the young lady at the front desk checking us in, she had a slight attitude and seemed very annoyed that I existed lol but she may have just been tired. Highly recommend this place!

Wonderful Airport Hotel. Well appointed rooms. Unfortunately, AC in my room could not be switched on during my visit in May 23. Great bar and restaurant for lunch and dinner. Very extensive breakfast buffet in the morning. Would stay here again. Shuttle frequency is not great. We missed one and had to wait another >30 minutes until the next one arrived.

Wow, nice and extremely clean. What more can you ask for in a nice hotel... Why can't US Marriott properties be this nice...

Location is good if you wanna be close to the airport. Beds are comfy but double bed should be 1 matres not 2. They have bikes to rent.

The room and hotel were very comfortable for our family's stay. We enjoyed the quiet rooms, comfortable bed, and big bathroom. The staff were kind and helpful. The shuttle service was efficient and smooth. We were able to get to the airport promptly. There isn't much to do in the local area but there is a large park/forest for hiking/walking during the nicer weather. We could only occasionally hear the planes but they weren't loud or intrusive.

The only downside was the food. The bar food came out slow and not to the correct order. The breakfast was expensive but did include a lot of variety. The made to order egg station was very slow and provided two incorrectly made meals.

Overall, we would stay there again.

I stay here for work while visiting my company office. The rooms are always pleasant and the staff are always helpful.

This hotel is fantastic! The decor and style is just beautiful and the attention to detail really stands out- I LOVED the art deco theme. The rooms are modern, luxurious and well equipped. The staff are welcoming and helpful, especially Jose in the breakfast service team. The airport shuttle is frequent and easy. I would stay here every time I'm in the area. Great job to all at the Renaissance.

Great quiet hotel with huge rooms (we had a double queen bed room) Excellent staff. The website said it has a laundry but it does not. Beds are firm but comfortable and it's nice to have room to spread out. The shuttle arrives every half hour with a friendly chauffeur. Exactly what we needed. Highly recommend.

Friendly, knowledgeable service. Nice, clean, good-sized bedrooms. Not far from the airport, safe area.

I love this hotel, very friendly stuff, helpful and amazing vibes. Hotel is very classy and beautiful, clean, close to airport and have a free shuttle bus to airport every 30 min. I staying here for quite some time and totally satisfied. Also nice bar and restaurant downstairs!

We had amazing experience staying in this hotel - due to our house being renovated, we needed a temporary home for 4 weeks. The entire hotel personnel was very kind, welcoming, helpful to accommodate our needs and overall made us “feel at home” during the stay. We especially appreciated that the hotel was pet friendly and caring about our fury family member. The kitchen personnel was always supportive about our dietary restrictions and prepared delicious meals. At the end of the working week, we were able to relax at the hotel bar with a glass of beer or wine, they always had excellent service. Would always return to the hotel and stop by to have a drink, when in the neighborhood.

Great hotel. Modern luxury, great rain head walk in open shower, spacious, designed after the forest. Many bicycles or horses to rent and ride, explore in the gorgeous riparian forest across the street with canals and bridges. Two nice restaurants. Free Airport shuttle. Close enough to the city if you need the chaos. This hotel rocks for peace and relaxation.

It was a very nice 3 nights stay in this hôtel. Staff was very helpfull and professional.
Thé only reason I haven't put 5 stars for the service is because of the shuttle drivers. They seem to be very rude with their colleagues while speaking on the phone. They seem to forget the speaker is on and that we can hear them.
Except that point, all is very good :)
