Pretty small rooms, but clean and tidy.
Room service was perfect.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
Breakfast is a bit lacking the variety and no hot foods.

I had a pleasant stay. The rooms are small but sufficient. You're like 2 minutes walk from the tram that takes you to all the popular stuff, Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh, MoCo. You name it. They have a breakfast restaurant on the first floor, a little self-service shop, always someone at the front desk. I gave 4 stars for the location because you're pretty far out of the center. I gave 4 stars for the service because, though it was good and helpful, it seemed our turnover service was a little lack luster. Overall, it was a good stay, and I'd come here again as well as recommended it 👍🏼 👌🏼 (Amstelveen snacks is about 5 minutes walk, and it's absolutely delicious kabab and other things)

I'm really love the room, it was clean. The cleaners did a great job every day. The tram station (5,25) is near to the Hotel around 2-3 min. The breakfast was good enogh, we ate two times. I recommend to everyone if need a bed and a shower during a business trip.

The hotel is 20 minutes away from central Amsterdam. The train line is a few minutes walk away. Despite it being so close to the tram it isn't noisy at all.
Parking available at the back of the hotel.
You have a chance to buy coffee at the lobby, and snacks. They provide hairdryer if you need one. The room was spacious and comfortable for the 2 nights we stayed.

Stayed here 21 of us for kickboxing event for 4 days and were treated great and even had a games room

Clean and quiet. Exactly what you look for in a budget hotel. Far away from Amsterdam city so be careful if visiting expecting to walk - it’s a 2hr walk to city centre.

Easy to travel to and from. Very clean and maintained for a budget hotel, prices were cheap and staff to help 24/7

This hotel even though its a budget option it's a very good hotel, clean, well looked after. It's been our 2nd visit there and we can't fault it. If you come in late at night there may be no parking but plenty of on street parking available. We're happy to back there again on our next trip.

Pleasantly surprised by this budget hotel. Comfy beds, Clean, hot water. Good customer service. Just a 3 min walk to the trams that connect you to central (25-30 mins to get into central Amsterdam)

What a great find, comfortable, functional rooms, fits budget perfectly, tram stop by the door into centre, leaves more over for other things to do in Amsterdam. Will be back!

Room was very clean just like the photo when we booked, staff was very polite especially 1 beautiful reception who helps us with our "emergencies", very2 helpfull.

The hotel is well located and the service is very good!

It was better than expected! The room is rather small, the bathroom is a nice size (not cramped at all) and everything is new and clean. We stayed at the last floor and the view was beautiful. The beds are comfy, outlets are next to the bed and there is a tv in the room.
Location wise, you’re about 15-20 minutes away by tram from the city centre, I think it’s reasonable considering the size of Amsterdam and the price of the hotel. It’s close to the south train station and that was really helpful as we also explored surrounding cities.
You can pay for an all-you-can-eat breakfast (8.5€/person) or other beverages and snacks are available. The hotel has lounging areas in the reception and also a game room.
The only cons we could find were the lack of a closet or storage in the room and no soap rack in the shower cabin. Otherwise, everything was as expected or even better.

Nothing wrong with this hotel at all. Compared to the Budget Ibis in Edinburgh this is almost a luxury hotel.
Two slight negatives. Parking onsite is not free , but 12.50 EUROS for 24 hours, that was not clear when I booked. Free parking is available on the road between 18.00 and 09.00 which did not work for us. Breakfast is ok but a bit limited choices, only two cereal choices (no porridge), no hot foods and no toaster (even though signs around hotel show one!).

Perfect place for a short stay! 2 mins for a tram 20 minutes to the center.

We stayed for almost 40 nights in this hotel. The personnels are caring and always available. We stayed at the 11th floor, the view was amazing. The room was pretty small for a long stay but details were great. High quality material, good shower, calming lighting, and a small fridge (50ish €) as you wish.
I really liked the lighting over the bed, the design was very practical.

The problem was we could not open the windows, it wasn't any openings... But the air conditioning was good, a little bit dry for my skin though.

Tuesday is for changing sheets and Friday for cleaning, if you're staying long.

Lobby was cute and welcoming, I was really relaxed and felt like home in this hotel.

It's near the tram station and you can get to central station within 32 minutes.
