Maxhotel Amsterdam Airport Schiphol

We stayed over for a flight layover, we took the family room whigh accommodate 5, clean neat design with toilet and shower at the middle with frosted glass. (Pictures are from checkout after kids, sorry for the less inviting ones)

We did pre check-in, when we arrived we got the key in less then 10 minutes although the lobby was packed with arrivals

Getting there and back is possible by taxi/limo which is quite expensive or hopping on a bus with a short 5 minutes walk onto the bridge, we came by taxi and returned by bus (following the hotel crew firm recommendation - thanks !)
Bus / taxi is 10-20 minutes drive from the airport, bus might have been quicker

Good place for a layover

This hotel is awesome because the staff is so friendly. Its cheap and its not deluxe. But my room has everything: a tv, climatic control, usb charging ports everywhere, a chair to sit on a table and pretty cool lighting options. The bed has an oversized blanket which is really cool for just one person. You've got shampoo, the shower is big, bathroom is all over good organized. For this money the room is awesome.
The staff helps you with everything and is very kindly. I can be waked if i would sleep to long. They wanted to give me new towels after 2days... Awesome.
The beer in the fridge is really expensive (get your own). But drinks are always expensive in hotels.

This is a simple cheap hotel near the airport.

Receptino staff were friendly and nice. The rooms are quite small but acceptable. The AC in the room couldnt be controlled meaning the room alwas was at a undesirable tempturture either too warm or too cold.

You can easily get to the airport as buses leave every 5-10 minutes and cost a few euros each way.

Good place if you wanna save money. The location is 40 min from the center, but there is a direct bus. The rooms are small, confortable and clean.

For a hotel at the edge of Schiphol, 5 stars. Value for money, clean room, super friendly staff. Rooms at this price point are quite small, but it's probably all you would need and no unnecessary frills. Conveniently located next to McDonald's and a quick 2 stop bus ride to Schiphol airport.

I actually stayed here at the beginning of 2023 but it came for review as I was starting in the florina along the road last week and I walked past to travel to airport.
Cheap and cheerful hostel like hotel recommended for students and travellers location is made terrible and also highly dangerous by the roadworks outside that have been ongoing since my visit last year

Clean room and very comfortable bed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Booked the standard double room. There is extra space under the bed to store luggage. Perfect place to stay between flights and there is a bus stop 2 minute walk away for easy access to Amsterdam city centre.

close to Schiphol, early (cheap) public transport nearby to Schiphol, even microwave available for simple diner/breakfast.

Bus stop a couple minutes away for direct bus to airport.
Ability to hire bikes from hotel and paid luggage storage available.

Good hotel in terms of terms of quality and location. Great access to public transport, it's only 2 stops to Airport by bus 300 & 347. Overall satisfied. One thing which was disappointing that despite having the booking, the hotel did not allow me to keep my luggage in some safe place without their paid locker service before check-in time(15:30).

An excellent hotel.. Quick, friendly and helpful reception, clean room with very comfortable bed and well designed toilet, basin and shower, Aircon, soundproofed windows, light savers in the corridors and finally, 2 minutes walk to a bus stop with frequent buses to the airport only a few minutes away. From there you can access trains to anywhere in Holland and local buses. I very much enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

Hotel is far from the town centre over 11000klm €80 by taxi from hotel to town centre..very close to airport ,you can see the plane just after take off..take the bus up the road 397 €6.50 take you close to town depend how long your staying get return bus or tram/train tickets or weekly it will be cheaper

Very nice and clean hotel, I was booking the smallest room, so it was really good according to my needs, and the service was good as well, I had no issues regarding that especially since there is a 24/7 grab-and-go in the reception, the location is near the bus station (De Hoek) and you can take the bus to the airport station and move around the Netherlands from there.

Overall, it has been a really good experience, but don't expect much from the location as it is a really quiet place with just Macdonalds near the hotel.

The fun will start after taking a bus to the airport, or if you rent a car.

The hotel absolutely serves its purpose, close to the airport, easy to reach with public transport & a convenient place to stay for short-term. I booked the smallest room & for two people, it was all we needed. It is not the cleanest place I’ve ever been to as e.g. the shower could have needed a deep clean but keeping in mind that this is by far the cheapest hotel in the area, I did not expect a high quality hotel. The receptionists were super friendly & helpful. Highly recommended for a short stay on budget!

Great basic and cheap hotel. Nearby city of Hoofddorp is quite chill if you don't want the hussle of Amsterdam. Check-in and out was easy and no problems during the stay in June when i was there.

Good Service. The place is pretty good aswell.
Near the Bus Station, like 3 min away from it.

McDonalds Was like directly next to it.

The Service workers and the people at the reception are pretty chill and are there when help is needed.

The only Thing that i would recommend is, if you are going out with your boys, take separat rooms, because the bathrooms got glass doors.

Couldnt fault it - 10 hours good sleep in a comfy bed, 2 long hot showers. The reception staff super nice & helpful, & they had enough available to eat & drink on site that I could just chill & rest. Superb price.

It is an ideal place to catch an early morning flight from Schiphol, when the trains are not very reliable. It is like 10 mins bus ride to/from the airport and the bus station is like 5 min walk from here. It is the best/economic to reserve in advance. They do not have a restaurant or breakfast but the McDonald is next to it. Bus 361, 365 and 470 commutes there from the airport. Room was small but clean.
