NH Amsterdam Schiphol Airport

Robert greeted me with enthusiasm as I walked into the hotel and checked me in smoothly. I really appreciate how he patiently walked me through how to get around the city as well as where to go even though I’m only here for one night. The room is also great, which, coupled with exceptional service, made this experience 10/10.

Amazing hotel. I hope the road construction will finish soon, taxi charged like 5 euros more for the extra mile.

Enrique the clerk guy, made incredible recommendations and was very helpful. It is very nice for us Spanish-speakers to have that level of service away from home.

Here for work .. had to check in early and the staff was kind enough to help me out with that ! The rooms are amazing and so is the food. Great shuttle service and breakfast is on point. Great stay for work. It’s a shame there is no shops around but hey it’s only 6 mins to the airport . And let’s not forget how comfortable the bed was ! Again all round great experience and very helpful staff!

Understands the customer's need. Like when you've been on a 9hour flight and get in a few hours earlier before check-in. If room availability permits, they will look after you!
NH Schiphol is centrally located from tons of nice restaurants and cafe's by the lakeside of Alsmeer.
The rooms are always up to spec.

Fairly close to the airport. There is a shuttle on a set schedule - posted on the desk but not on the website. Most of the parking is in the back however the back door is locked 11pm-7am which is annoying as you then need to walk entirely around the building.

I love to describe this hotel. The room is quite big, near the Airport, the shower room has bath tub. Amenities like soap, conditioner, shampoo, Body Lotion, Shoes Clothing, and Others. There is Magazine about Amsterdam. The Breakfast is quite nice and the staff some really friendly.

Well appointed rooms and great service. restaurant in a giant greenhouse. Free shuttle to airport and reasonable price. Would recommend for short stays when traveling.

Hi, we have had excellent memories at this hotel ! Breakfast buffet has been a delight and excellent start for our day during weekends ! Comforting staff and good ambiance. Special mention to Sonila and Paul who have been a delight over the years we have been visiting the restaurant:)

They have shuttle bus from Schiphol Airport. Just go out from the airport and find the Hotel Shuttle (A9-A13). Either you wait for the shuttle bus or the shuttle bus already wait for you. It came by every 30 minutes. So no worry. You no need to hustle to get there with your luggage.

Next, their location just 8 minutes away from airport. And they have nearest bus stop that can bring you to Lisse, Keukenhof (where tulips field located). Around 24 minutes ride. You can take bus number 361 to go there.

Now is the room. The room are clean and nice ambience. The light not so strong. The complimentary items in the room are also good.

I don't manage to eat at their Greenhouse because I am fasting, but by looking at the places I can see it's a good environment.

It's a pleasant stay for me.

Nice hotel close to the airport, with the shuttle bus there. High standard, there is everything you would need for 2 nights stay there.

We had a wonderful stay at NH Schiphol. Our go-to hotel for a relaxing stay and good night rest before a long intercontinental flight. We love the spa and swimming pool. We had a nice dinner in the restaurant/ Staff is so friendly and welcoming with special attention for kids. Thank you Enrique at the front desk for your exceptional service! We felt so welcome! It’s a very nice hotel, with a good breakfast, gym and spa. People are very nice and helpful, specially Enrique, who was very kind during our staying there.

Excellent hotel for one night. Service, food and rooms we're very good. Rooms clean and newly renovated it seemed.

Great hotel near the airport. Restaurant not open for lunch. Only Restaurant in walking distance is McDonald's. Room is spacious and well appointed.

Nice clean rooms, excellent service, fantastic breakfast, reliable shuttle service. A good place to stay before or after passing through Schiphol.

From the moment of entry everything was perfect. I was checked into a room two hours early, in the room - immaculate and fresh - I noticed no herbal tea, asked a senior manager in the hall - carrying towels - and he brought me some in two minutes. The bar has very reasonable drink prices and a genuine, kind bartender. All workers seem happy. The breakfast room is lovely. I had to get on the 6 am airport shuttle and ran off leaving my laptop. I contacted the hotel and they shipped it to me in the US, beautifully wrapped.

Pros: I believe my Booking.com genius level 2 got me complimentary breakfast, but it was the best hotel breakfast selection I've ever had! Fresh build your own omelette, fresh bread, yogurt parfait bar, charcuterie, several juices, cappuccino machine and more. The green house eating area was also gorgeous. Lots of nice little gifts like chocolate, water, and a free drink really made the stay welcoming. 15 min shuttle to airport was very convenient.

Cons:
I wish the airport > hotel shuttle instructions were more clear ahead of arrival. Or the exact city bus number to best reach the hotel. Google took us the long way by bus.
Our room was huge which was very nice but it seemed like furniture was missing? Weirdly empty.

A great hotel. Super friendly staff and convenient to the airport, and from there a quick $6 train ride into Amsterdam. If we’re ever planning a stay in Amsterdam this will be our first choice. If you like a cold, cold room I suggest that you request a fan in the summer. The breakfast buffet was the best I’ve had. A+
