We took a 7 course menu and all dishes were such a surprise. I never tasted these kinds of combinations. Food is really high end and cost as well, so be prepared to spend some money, but if you are here for a special occasion, then it is definitely worth it. Staff is very friendly and smoothly cleans and switches cutlery between courses. Though, my only critique would be that the G&T didn’t have any condiments…

Had a wonderful experience at Elea and this might be the best dining experience I've had in Den Haag. The service was truly great. The decor brings a Mediterranean warmth to the city. The plating is fantastic.
The team behind the kitchen give you a delightful, expansive menu of choices. You can select from a variety off the main menu, vegetarian menu, or a la carte. I had a five course menu that began with an incredible yellowtail kingfish course, followed by an even better vegetarian dish. The scallop was perfectly cooked in a beure blanc, and finally a lamb dish which was probably my least favorite dish. I chose the cheese board over the dessert.
I believe this is at the same level of many Michelin star restaurants I have attended and I look forward to returning!

Surprised this place doesn't have a Michelin star, it was a top dining experience for us. Decor and dishes add to the whole ambience. The 9 course set meal took awhile but was full of delicious delights. I particularly loved how the vegetarian menu I ordered made the dishes to look almost identical to the ones on my husband's normal menu. They even did a special anniversary dish as a finale.

A one of a kind fine dining experience in Greek fusion cusine. We came here for my birthday and tried the 7-course tasting menu with wine paring. Though we are familiar with Greek food everything tasted unique, the ingredients are best quality, fresh and well-thought. Wines are also amazing, the staff is helpful and friendly, our overall experience was more than expected. They also offered a little birthday cake which was an unexpected surprise.

Come to Elea for a unique modern Greek culinary experience! We started with two very flavourful amuse bouche reminding some of my favourite Greek dishes: mousaka and spanakopita. Then we tried the 7 course menu: a vegetarian grilled avocado with green beans cooked in Greek style, a very refreshing stuffed tomato with rice and herbs (traditional Greek dish called gemista), an artichoke with graviera crisp and a perfectly running egg yolk, a very tasty lobster with kritharaki (greek pasta) and a crispy pie with lobster ragout!!! It was an explosion of flavours!Also we continued with a lamp cooked in Greek style( frikase) like my grandma used to cook!The following entrecôte elegantly flavoured with onion in 2 different forms.The refreshing dessert with strong melon and lime flavour was ideal for a nice closure of this culinary experience! Eating all these flavourful dishes influence by greek philosophy I travelled with my mind back to my homeland and felt very cosy and comfortable. The service was also very nice and pleasant!Totally recommend it!My credits to the amazing chef and service!!

I've haven't been to many fine dining greek restaurants, so when we walked past this one it piqued my interest. I think it's totally worth trying.

They have their takes on multiple greek traditional dishes, and they work quite well. The two meat dishes where the ones that caught my attention the most.

Place is very nice, I like the vibe. Tables are nicely spaced from each other. Depending on where you sit, you can see the kitchen which is always a bonus.

Wouldn't be surprised if it gets a Michelin star at some point.

Exquisite dishes with Greek accents paired with beautiful wines. Excellent service and stylish interior. Five stars for sure!

Really nice modern Greek restaurant in an awesome location in the center of Rijswik.

We came here recommended by a friend and it was a total success. Ordered the 7 courses menu and all of them were totally amazing (my favourite was the sepia). They really got me to travel to a greek beach with their flavors.

Service was also really attentive with us.

Price is high but because this is a Michelin-star-deserved restaurant.

A nice, cozy restaurant with a casual, almost family atmosphere, perfect for a longer evening dinner in a less known but charming part of The Hague.
Very good drinks selected each time for every 5-7 dishes go really well with this tasty, modern Greek cuisine.

Incredible food and service. The staff paid extra attention to details whilst not giving guests too much attention. The food was incredible with an interesting mix of flavours and cuisines. I very much look forward to visiting again.

we have been to a few of these multicourse expensive places now. this was among the best. the food is really good. the problem with some of these restaurants is that the food can be sometimes similar. this is not the case here because it is not standard french cuisine. beautiful place too. definitely a real experience.

We did the restaurant tour for take away. The tartare was amazing! A friendly staff as well.

Truly a remarkable experience, with great food, creatively prepared and presented. Service was outstanding! This is a tight team that is superbly professional, friendly, calm and concentrated; they make it all look easy and created a wonderful evening for us with many nice surprises. We'll be back!

Excellent, the menu with surprising combinations, interesting presentation as well as the ambiance. The staff is friendly, informal but very efficient.
The location supports the experience, in the old town center combined with a tasteful interior.
You can choose between 5, 7 and 8 courses, but even when you choose 5 you get a lot more. Apparently the amuse does not count.
Anyway, you don't have to wait long for the next course. The food is really delicious, with a lot of variation while keeping some Greek elements.

Absolutely amazing food.
So clear that this chef deserves one or even two stars. Wow. Really. I am a bit in shock from this hidden gem.

I heard about Elea from my former chef and what was interesting for me was that it's Greek inspired culinary food witch is hard to do since Greek food is simple and based in tradition. But I was surprised and delighted! Although not authentic or traditional dishes the flavor transformed me to Greece and memories from my grandmas cooking so hats of off to the Chef. Definitely suggesting it, it was wonderful experience.
