Great customer service! I had to return a dog bench that I bought at a different branch earlier on the day which turned out to be too small. I called them, they immediately answered and allowed me to swap the item for a larger one (at a different branch). They didn't even bother checking my returned (and already opened) item. It was no problem at all and they were super friendly in accommodaing me. Also, they answer phone calls within 10 seconds and could immediately answer all my questions. Love this place!

Great super market for pets holders. It really big and most probably you will find what you need for your pet. That's great to have all the stuff in one place.

They have a lot of the basics and some not so basic stuff for dogs and cats. Some of their items have been rising in price, but other than that it's a great store. The staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to what they have in the store. Plus my dog loves to come here as he always gets treats from the staff, as well as pets!

Very flexible, dedicated and helpful personnel. I very much appreciate the personal touch. There is some variety, but to have full choices, I suggest ordering through their online store. Prices are not the cheapest but the quality looks good for the price.
