Nolten Classic Den Haag

Hier hadden ze precies de schoenen die ik nodig had. Snel en vakkundig geholpen.

Goede bediening, vriendelijk personeel. Gastvrij.

Ik was een beetje uit het veld geslagen. Ik had een klasse zaak verwacht, bleek doorsnee. Volgens personeel jn the Mall of the Netherlands zou ik hier rockport schoenen kunnen kopen. Assortiment 1 paar zwart en 1 paar bruin beide in 1 en dezelfde maat. Jammer van de rit maar goed dat De Javaan in de buurt zit.

Today I had an bad experience in Nolten shoes. Nolten kids at Fred they are super nice and helpful en also very kind to kids. In front of the Nolten kids there is also a adults Nolten. I have heard before that some of the staff are selective and choose or help client based on their assumptions or whatever. I wanted to return something I bough last time after wanting to give them a second chance and the lady helped the couple behind me instead me. So the couple apologized few times to me but the lady didn’t say anything and didn’t care at all. A friend of mine told me the same thing that the staff ignored her but rushed to other types they think have money 💰

That’s why online shopping is so popular for sure because stores are sometimes not so friendly!
