I recently had the opportunity to attend a warm 40°C hatha yoga class at this lovely beachside studio 🏖, and I can't help but rave about the experience! The class, conducted in a comfortably heated room, strikes the perfect balance between challenge and relaxation 🧘, creating an ideal environment for deepening yoga practice.

Yogaseads ist ein wundervolles Studio , das mit viel professionellem Verstand, großer Erfahrung , Achtsamkeit , echter Freundlichkeit und Fürsorge und einzigartiger Warmherzigkeit geführt wird.
Einer der wenigen Plätze, an dem mensch sein darf, wer sie/ er ist.
Ich bin sehr dankbar, dort üben zu dürfen.

Prachtige, sfeervolle studio met fantastiche docenten! Aanbod van verschillende soorten yoga. Zo kun je kiezen waar je je het prettigst bij voelt, of jezelf uitdagen eens iets anders te proberen!

Small intimate yogaschool with quality lessons

Als (wat oudere) mannelijke deelnemer aan deze Yoga lessen is dit soms niet makkelijk, ik bedoel met zoveel soepele dames om je heen. Maar de lessen worden in alle rust gegeven en er heerst een veilige 'open' sfeer. De ruimte is prima, schoon en de hulpmaterialen ruim aanwezig zoals bolsters, dekens en blokken. Ook soms een stoel indien gewenst. De thee na afloop kort en gezellig. Alleen een klein matje in het verkleed-hok zouden mijn voeten waarderen.......
