Tea House the Waterfront

The Waterkant was a fantastic venue for a unique wedding reception with the wooden boat to get from one side to the other. This laidback garden spot that you are able to arrive at by canal boat is epic. The staff are wonderful and accommodating and the food is excellent. A great place to be in the mid arvo to get beautiful light and stroll the nearby gardens.

One of the most beautiful spots for the summer. Chilly persons pay attention: due to the south facing secluded setting, the temperature is often several degrees higher than the rest of town!

Just had a coffee and piece of cake here. The coffee was very good. The view and atmosphere are amazing. A bit pricey, but might be because of location.

This garden cafe is so idyllic. A hidden gem and each year I can't wait for it to open. You can sit by the water and watch the world go by or hire a boat and paddle down the canal. Delicious food and drinks. Love it!

Rent boats with pedals here. Grab some food and drinks. Safety vests available. Route has some nature. Very relaxing and calming. Or sit at the terrace surrounded by nature. And walk in the park of course. Big playground for kids nearby in the park with a ice cream stand. Has some flower fields.

Lovely quiet tea room in a WW2 German bunker in Westbroekpark. Hidden between the roses. I had a cappuccino in a glass. Decent cup but no biscuits
