Europcar Eindhoven Airport

Initially, we had second thoughts about Europcar due to numerous negative reviews. However, our experience was excellent. We opted for full insurance and were pleasantly surprised to receive a top-quality, nearly new Volkswagen T-ROC despite booking a smaller car. The entire process was smooth, with no issues whatsoever. Our deposit of 200 Euros was promptly refunded on the same day we returned the car, which never happened with other rental services in the past. They also accept debit cards, compared to other rental companies on Eindhoven Airport which only accept credit cards. Overall, our experience with Europcar was outstanding.

Great service. Used Europcar at Eindhoven Airport the past 2 years for our family holiday and cannot complain. Free upgrade at the counter this year which was a nice surprise. Special mention to Vinnie, who helped arrange returning items to me which i left in the car.

Very nice experience. I rented a Nissan automatic for a trip to Luxemburg. I plan to rent the same car again. Also the person was very friendly during the pick up. And I received the deposit on time 😊

Only let down is that you cant return the car in another place. You need to come all the way back to eindhoven.
They did not come to check if the car was damage free with us they just said no damage sight here. And when we got to the car it had 2 little dimples in the chassy. Other than that car was good. When returned they also did not came to have a look and give us a statment of conformity Hopefully they don't try to say we did it.

Thank you. It was very easy to get my car and return. Picked it up 5 minutes. Dropped it off at different location. No issues or anything else and no extra charges. As some people stated. And I’m from USA.next car will be same company. And I liked the price it was good .

Via internet hier een auto gehuurd,erg vriendelijk,snel en binnen 5 minuten alles geregeld!De auto was top, een nieuwe polo,jullie zien mij zeker terug!

Oddawałem w tym oddziale Europcar auto wypożyczone w Brukseli. Do obsługującego nas pracownika nie mam zastrzeżeń, akurat wyjeżdżał umyć i zatankować inne auto, ale przed dojazdem przyjął nasze auto abyśmy nie musieli czekać na niego w biurze. Dodam jeszcze, że dojazd do parkingu Europcar jest bardzo kiepsko oznaczony, nie ma żadnych tablic informacyjnych ani o lokalizacji parkingu ani o lokalizacji biura. Jeśli chcecie dojechać bez tracenia czasu, należy na rondzie przed lotniskiem skręcić w lewo. Na końcu będzie łuk w lewo oraz droga z zakazem wjazdu w prawo. Biuro znajduje się w niskim budynku po lewej stronie przy drodze z zakazem wjazdu, zaś do parkingu należy pojechać łukiem w lewo i skręcić w prawo we wjazd ze szlabanem. Szlaban otwiera się po naciśnięciu przycisku i pobraniu biletu. Z parkingu można dojść wewnętrznym przejściem do biura. Jeśli opinia jest Ci pomocna daj temu wyraz i polub ją 👍.
