Old Dutch Hotel - Restaurant Le Pompadour

For some reason the French fries are the best in the Netherlands and we just wanted to order a few drinks and an order of fries.

Beautiful location off of the largest lake in Western Europe!

Service was excellent with friendly and fast service! Restaurant is nicely decorated and prices were fair!

One of the best hotels i’ve ever stayed in. I drove a group of 25 here, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food was absolutely fantastic. The atmosphere was great, and everyone was happy. Top marks here.

The location is unmatched. The rooms were serviceable, if lacking in a bit of character. But clean and comfortable. The restaurant was very nice. Try the smoked eel and ossenworst.

Beautiful restaurant with a nice staff and really important : good food. sitting inside on a super hot summer day allows you not only to see the beautiful Harbour but also remain hidden from the burning heat. the drinks and food was really nice. I really would advise you guys to check that out.

Good food if you are on a rush. Not spectacular, but good. Sunny hours spent on the terrace, the view is lovable, over the port. Good prices, nice waiters., very food location.

The restaurant serves tasty local food, and if you choose to sit outside, you can watch tourists stroll by or boats leaving the harbor.

The food was delicious, and the staff was lovely. I had the mussels and they were to die for. Beautiful restaurant with outdoor seating that faces the harbor.

What more do you want from a hotel?

Very good Dutch kitchen with lots of vegetables and delicious local fish. Not cheap but very good food, and nice service. The view on the lake is marvellous.

We have been using this hotel every year for about 15 years now and we don't think there is any better in Volendam . Friendly staff, great food and lovely rooms all you need for a great stay.

Best apple pie I have ever tasted. The coffee here is excellent. Nice place, not very expensive.
