Brilliant restaurant cafe for the family overlooking Volendam waterfront. The wonderful offering of food and drinks at reasonable prices. Friendly, fast service. Very cosy, warm, rustic, traditional atmosphere.

Starting from the great service we had and the very nice waiter whom was very polite and respectful, I asked him if the have a chicken or beef schnitzel because I don't eat pork, they didn't have it in their restaurant so he very kindly went to the near by restaurant to ask for me 😭

The food was great and we finished all the dishes!💗

Got a simple meal of the Chef’s Soup (which was pumpkin today) and hot chocolate. It was so delicious! They brought my food out about 30 seconds after I ordered too. Great outdoor seating and inexpensive.

Was having a tour in Volendam and checked out this restaurant for a lunch. Took salmon, chesse sticks and a dutch beer. All of them were great really liked the salmon. In my list if I ever come back to Netherlands.

Such an amazing restaurant with a charming old school ambiance and food that is just as good. We ordered the chicken schnitzel and the chicken saté and both were absolutely amazing. We really fell in love with Volendam and this place did nothing but add the magic of the Netherlands. 10/10!

Amazing food and vibe, don’t forget to try the mussels and lasagne with truffle. The service was also excellent!

Lovely lunch with water views. Teens loved pesto pasta with chicken. Pasta was large for two to share. Enjoy!!

Amazing food and fries, great service, super friendly people and a light, calming atmosphere. Would definitely recommend. They are very accepting to dietary restrictions aswell

Very affordable restaurant in Volendam with an unbeatable view. We had the spicy pulled chicken sandwich and cheese springroll. Portions were large and sufficient for two. Even the local beer was reasonable. Overall a great experience and definitely sit outside if the weather is good. You'll not be disappointed.

The blonde waiter was kind and attentive. The restaurant has a nice view of the water and it wasn’t too crowded during lunch time. The food came out quickly as well. The salmon duo sandwich was incredible! Very fresh and tasty.

A nice cozy place. Had diff kinds of coffee from here. Their liquor coffees are great.
It was freezing cold when we got to vondelam and this place gave us the perfect warmth. Also they have toilets to freshen up.

As a tourist and experiencing Dutch cuisine it's quite interesting. We never had fish cooked like this before. The smoked eel was very good as well! Very good place for family and friends gathering.

The service was great and the atmosphere was lovely. My experience was pretty good!
