it’s always a really nice place for a walk .short or a long walk and when you have luck you might see some animals.
A bit small parking place and the price is 2 euro for a day !
for adults it’s 1,50 to enter the area!

Beautiful area where lots of beautiful sceneries. There are quite a lot of dear around and they're not camera shy at all! Hiking, viewpoints, nature and a nice insight how water get cleaned naturally. Be sure to bring water and good shoes because there can be some nice long tracks to follow here. Amazingingly well kept and you can go almost anywhere.

Beautiful nature reserve with lots of greenery, elevation changes. They have several entrances with walking routes. We walked the blue walking route of 7.8 kilometres.

What a super nice area this is. I was there for the first time. you can just get very close to the deer. and even with the foxes. if they are there you can almost pet them. you can walk here for days so big it is. highly recommended.

Fantastic place for a day out, with or without children. Very well kept and tidy, this gem is located a stone throw away from Amsterdam, Haarlem, and other cities.

We saw deer very easily and close by, I am quite sure that with more time or a longer walk we could have spotted other animals.

It is easy to reach by car, parking costs a flat rate of 2 euros, and there is a wonderful restaurant at the entrance, to recharge batteries after the hike.

Such an awesome place for a walk. The variety of the landscape in combination with the canals and all the deers makes it a unique place. Really good for an escape from busy Amsterdam. There is a direct bus (80) from busstation Elandsgracht, so easy to go to

Beautiful, peaceful and relaxing for a nice hike . Recommended to visit for people who enjoy nature

Place is very big and inside you can only walk. For small kids baby stroller might help. Water and some snacks, you can feel yourself in nature. Since place is very big, you might not see much animals but deers guaranteed.

Car parking is nice but the road to access there is quite narrow. You should thrust your driving skills , and people are quite respectfull here, everybody waits everybody so no issue.

Great walks available and a massive plus, you do not need to keep on the paths, just roam where you like. Great for an adventure with the kids as well.

Als je natuur wilt ruiken en proeven, dan ben je hier op één van de mooiste wandelgebieden van Nederland. Heerlijke paden en je komt ook reehert tegen. Maar de prachtige vogelgeluiden doen je denken dat je in een volière loopt.
Zeer de moeite waard, met ook de diverse water kanalen een mooie omgeving voor dier en mens.
