Order a surprise cake and some party decorations for my boyfriend that was visiting his family back home ( we live in Italy) for his birthday.
The cake was perfect - exactly as I requested, the delivery was punctuate and above all, the cake was tasty.
Even though I don't speak dutch, I used Google translate for the website and order. It was very clear and went smoothly. After payment, I received all the information to my mail also in English which was very much appreciated.
So 5/5 is well deserve. I only wish I could add some balloon with helium (they offer to add to cake delivery but without) or a bottle of wine :) but for the service requested- I can only recommend.

We are very happy with the quality of items we ordered. "The ready to bake balls" were incredibly easy to prepare. We had coconut and dark chocolate ones. The mini donuts and the cake were very tasty and fresh. The delivery was at 8.45 in the morning.

I ordered a cake for my partner with edible prints on it. Very happy with the service. It was delivered on time as promised. What I liked even more was the prompt response from the team, when I needed to make some last minute changes to the pictures. I wanted to add few more and the service team was really quick to adapt to my needs.

I recently sent surprise gifts (brownies for Valentijnsdag) to my work colleagues to express appreciation for their hard work. One of the orders did not reach its intended recipient and he felt left out. Fortunately, customer service was great about this. They looked into what went wrong and sent my colleague a new delivery. I really appreciated their professionalism and responsiveness!

After having bought a birthday cake for my wife, the conference center where it was to be delivered rejected proposal for delivery and also stated that any consumption must be offered by the conference center only. What a bummer and lousy service. So I changed the delivery date and address to a new one only finding out a few hours later that the new delivery address had changed its location overnight. Bummer #2.
Full of remorse I contacted 'gefeliciTAART.nl' to ask what could be done. A voucher for a future BIG cake or a refund.
The wonderful people of 'gefeliciTAART.nl' provided a refund without questions asked. No cake but a really big Icing on the cake by excellent 'gefeliciTAART.nl' customer service!!!

I have ordered the 'Feest Slagroom taart' for my friend's birthday, I was kind of worried as I have placed the order from India and it has to be a surprise gift so can't inform my friend till it gets delivered. But thanks to gefeliciTAART, they have delivered the order on time to my friend's address. The customer service was prompt to address my queries instantaneously. Definitely recommend gefeliciTAART for their quality and service 🙂

The cake is lovely.❤🎂 Came on time that I specified.
I must say delivery is pretty pricey to me, but it was all as expected. Cakes are not pricey but all other details made it twice more expensive. I would just suggest that you also add candles to order option or to the celebration package.
Anyway, all extras are well presented, and also just a choice.
I would definitely reccomend the site and I will surely order again when I want to make some nice surprise 😊
