Zeer warme lieve gastvrouw. Het voelde hetzelfde als thuis. Heerlijk dagen daar gehad

Helaas wilden we annuleren omdat we iemand op sterven hadden liggen in onze vriendenclub. We hadden in deze trieste periode ons best gedaan om iemand te vinden die de reservering wilde overnemen maar de eigenaresse wilde daar niet in mee gaan en heeft onze aanbetaling gehouden. Toen ik aan de telefoon met de eigenaresse het gesprek wilde aangaan omdat we onze aanbetaling terug wilde hing ze de telefoon op. Alsof wij er iets aan konden doen dat we moesten annuleren. We hebben er geen woorden voor, zo onmenselijk en op geld belust, geen empathie, niks......

nicht wieder unfreundlich ohne ende nur weil msn storniert hat darf man bei der nicht mehr pennen, sorry braucht man nicht gibt schönere b& b
